主要有以下幾點(diǎn)制約因素:物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的瓶頸,第三方物流體系落后,配送體系還不完善,物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)成本居高不下,電商倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)往往在外市或者市內(nèi)郊區(qū);人才的瓶頸,電子商務(wù)行業(yè)快速發(fā)展與人才供應(yīng)不足的矛盾突出,電子商務(wù)類(lèi)的高端人才和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人才稀缺,電子商務(wù)人才難引難留;資金的瓶頸,電商企業(yè)雖有巨大的市場(chǎng)空間和良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),但融資時(shí)難得到銀行授信,制約了企業(yè)擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)。電商企業(yè)產(chǎn)品以糧油食品、服裝鞋帽、日用品、家電器材為主,而XX區(qū)自主生產(chǎn)加工的本土產(chǎn)品不足,自產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品不夠銷(xiāo)售,只能依托周邊縣區(qū)和地區(qū)的資源。電商統(tǒng)計(jì)與社零統(tǒng)計(jì)不匹配,非開(kāi)票收入暫未計(jì)入社零。四、下一步工作舉措1、推進(jìn)電商轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),結(jié)合省市給予的電商直播平臺(tái)支持,鼓勵(lì)我區(qū)電商企業(yè)嫁接直播平臺(tái)或者培育公司自有主播,抓住短視頻和直播風(fēng)潮。2、完善電商支撐體系,在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、物流、人才等電子商務(wù)配套基建上給予企業(yè)最大限度的支持。
