英語老師勞動合同
九、社會保險和福利第十九條甲、乙方協(xié)商社保由員工自己辦理，甲方每月將社保金直接發(fā)放給乙方；第二十條甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)創(chuàng)造條件，改善集體福利，提高乙方的福利待遇。十、合同的終止和解除第二十一條雙方訂立的勞動用工合同期限屆滿，本合同將自動解除、終止。第二十二條乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除本合同：（一）嚴(yán)重違反了勞動紀(jì)律或者甲方規(guī)章制度。（二）嚴(yán)重失職，營私舞弊，對甲方利益造成了重大損害。（三）泄露甲方信息機密和技術(shù)機密資料，造成了甲方重大損失。（四）因自身原因被勞動教育以及被依法追究刑事責(zé)任。（五）不能勝任工作，經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)或調(diào)整工作崗位后，仍不能勝任。（六）患病或因非工傷，醫(yī)療期滿后，不能從事原工作也不能從事由甲方另行安排的工作。
