帶好一個班子。就是帶出一個服務型的政府領導班子。建立人性化服務型的政府,是這次大會對人民代表的鄭重承諾,一諾重千金,實踐這個承諾將是我們每一位新的政府領導成員的重要任務。我雖然當選為政府鎮(zhèn)長,但一個人的智慧、知識、能力是有限的。我將把我有限的力量融入到政府一班人這個團隊中去,用團隊的力量彌補自身的不足,同心相應,同氣相求,身體力行,率先垂范,和大家一道,象抓經(jīng)濟工作那樣抓好政府自身建設,象愛護自己的眼睛一樣愛護政府的形象,盡快建設一個勤政高效、務實創(chuàng)新、團結奮進這樣一個完整意義上的服務型政府,以擔負起新牧區(qū)建設的領導職責和歷史使命。
1、鎮(zhèn)定第一。落水后應保持鎮(zhèn)定,胡亂舉手或掙扎反會使身體下沉、嗆水而淹溺。2、仰泳露鼻??刹扇☆^向后仰、面部向上的仰泳法,使口鼻露出水面進行呼吸。3、深吸淺呼。吸氣要深,呼氣要淺。4、減輕自重。及時甩掉鞋子和口袋里的重物,但不要脫掉衣服,因為它會產(chǎn)生一定的浮力,對你有很大幫助。5、觀察周圍。假如周圍有木板,應抓住,借用木板的浮力使自己的身體盡量往上浮。6、緩解“抽筋”。若肌肉痙攣(“抽筋”),用手握住痙攣肢體的遠端,做反復屈伸運動。7、保存體力。會游泳者在落水自救的過程中,應注意防止“抽筋”,并保存體力。8、配合施救。如果有人跳水相救,千萬不可死死抱住救助者不放,而應盡量放松,配合救助者把你帶到岸邊。
