疫情開學(xué)語文教學(xué)的工作計(jì)劃
1. 監(jiān)管力度不一，學(xué)習(xí)效率參差?！ 【€上學(xué)習(xí)，有部分家長很重視，為孩子提供了安靜的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，部分學(xué)生也很自律，能按時聽課、積極思考、完成各項(xiàng)課內(nèi)課外練習(xí)。但不排除存在家長無條件提供好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，學(xué)生缺乏自控能力的現(xiàn)象。我校生源一大部分是新居民子女，線上教學(xué)的中后期，學(xué)生家長絕大部分外出務(wù)工，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)幾乎處于“放任自流”的狀態(tài)。孩子缺少大人的監(jiān)督，不自覺更體現(xiàn)無疑，上課不專心，不記筆記，甚至不上課的也都存在，更別說語文的口頭朗讀、背誦作業(yè)和筆頭的聽寫作業(yè)等的落實(shí)了。學(xué)生上課的參與率不保障，學(xué)校效率也參差不齊，兩級分化明顯。
