古云“法令行則國治,法令弛則國亂”。社會主義化的中國要長治久安必然要有法可依,更要有法必依,管理并保證國家各項工作都依法有序地進(jìn)行,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)社會主義民主的法律化、制度化。法制代表著權(quán)威與約束力。任何人都要被這權(quán)威影響,任何人都在法制的約束力下生活。然而,如果這個世界沒有法制存在,又會是怎樣一番情景呢?沒有交通法的約束,馬路上的車輛肆意行駛,車禍遍生;沒有刑法的約束,大街上壞人恣意偷搶,爭執(zhí)滿是;沒有工商的約束,市場上廠家任意造假,糾紛到處……多混亂,多可怕,湛藍(lán)的天空也都因此變得渾濁。由此可見法制之重要性。國家有法制,對于我們青少年也尤為重要。在安定和諧的環(huán)境里,我們能好好學(xué)習(xí),幸福成長。
在我們教授孩子們知識的同時,也受到孩子們很多的啟發(fā)。比如說,在課堂上我按照自己的備課套路跟孩子們講課,孩子們有的時候并沒有聽進(jìn)去。確切地說是沒有聽懂。作為一位準(zhǔn)教師,我沒有按照實(shí)際情況去衡量,不僅沒有預(yù)想的效果,反而造成孩子厭學(xué)的情緒。經(jīng)過多次授課,我們在孩子們身上反饋的信息比我們教給孩子們的還要豐富。所以有時我都覺得,其實(shí)三下鄉(xiāng)最大的作用是教會我們這些大學(xué)生如何成長為一個合格的老師的。還有在孩子們身上學(xué)到的樂觀、堅強(qiáng),都是我遺失了很久的寶貝。
一、存在的主要問題?! ?、沒有奮發(fā)進(jìn)取的精神,在自己的工作中做得很好,但需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。 2、經(jīng)常為患者考慮的服務(wù)意識不足,有時因為自己的心情問題對患者的服務(wù)態(tài)度不足,需要進(jìn)一步改善。 3、業(yè)務(wù)知識不足。工作不積極,業(yè)務(wù)知識鉆研不足,只重視常見病多發(fā)病的診斷和治療,不重視業(yè)務(wù)知識的全面性,缺乏鉆研精神?! ?、組織紀(jì)律有時松懈,上班時間有時脫崗,下一步改正?! ?、上班時間因工作而上網(wǎng),通過學(xué)習(xí)教育和深入思考,堅決消除這種事情。
二萬五千里長征,一次改變中國人命運(yùn)的征程已在人們的評說中去過了大半個世紀(jì)。照現(xiàn)代社會這種急速更新?lián)Q代的觀念,早已是好幾個時代過去了。按我們熟悉的某種號召“過去的就讓它過去吧”。再說下去,就成了梟鳴似的煩擾,不免令人生厭。然而長征卻不同。人們總在不斷的言說、探究、拷問。我想或許是由于長征所代表的一種精神吧――一種全人類永恒追求的精神――堅持到底?! 凹t軍不怕遠(yuǎn)征難”的精神!正因為這心中永存的信念,紅軍才有了“萬水千山只等閑,五嶺逶迤騰細(xì)浪,烏蒙磅礴走泥丸”的英雄氣概!正因為這心中永存的信念,才有了“親人送水來解渴,軍民魚水一家人”的溫情!
雖然在此次活動中我班做了大量工作,涌現(xiàn)出了許多先進(jìn)人物和集體。班級面貌一新,成果喜人。但是仍存在一些不容忽視的問題,有待于進(jìn)一步地支解決?! ?、部分學(xué)生身上仍存在厭學(xué)心理,表現(xiàn)在上課聽講不認(rèn)真,不按時完成作業(yè),作業(yè)質(zhì)量差?! ?、個別學(xué)生對人沒有禮貌,不能在日常生活中運(yùn)用文明用語。 3、教師雖然教學(xué)認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),但是教學(xué)方法比較陳舊,還不能適應(yīng)新課改的需求。
師德是教師人格的重要組成部分,而師德中愛與責(zé)任則是師德的靈魂。我們的愛,首先是要愛崗敬業(yè)。所謂愛崗敬業(yè)就是人們對所從事的職業(yè)的一種虔誠、一種執(zhí)著、一種深情的眷戀,從而進(jìn)行孜孜不倦的工作。優(yōu)秀教師無不把教育事業(yè)看作是自己的生命。也許正是以這種愛與責(zé)任為出發(fā)點(diǎn),他們才能不停地教育自己,完善自己,才能更靠近學(xué)生?! ∥覀兊牡膼?,其次是要愛學(xué)生。師愛應(yīng)該是一種真正純潔的愛,是只講付出不計回報的愛。師愛應(yīng)該是一種平等的愛,是無私廣泛沒有血緣的愛。師愛的基礎(chǔ)是平等以感情贏得感情,以心靈去感受他們的感受。師愛應(yīng)該是一種公正公平的愛,是惠及全體而沒有差異的愛。對每一個學(xué)生教師應(yīng)公平、公正,經(jīng)常與學(xué)生談心,使他們感到老師在意、關(guān)心他們。但是關(guān)愛是有條件的,有限制的,教師要做到愛而有度,愛而有格。
有一次,我趕去朋友家玩,走著走著,我就發(fā)現(xiàn)對面的紅綠燈變成了紅燈,我不得不停下了腳步,等著等著,我等不及了,這時,我看到馬路上沒有車,心想:“我闖一次紅燈吧。”就這樣,我飛快地沖了出去,過了這個紅綠燈,我心里有一種說不出來的快活。我走啊走,又走到了另一個紅綠燈前,我想:再闖一次紅燈吧。當(dāng)我想像上次一樣飛快的跑過馬路時,一個叔叔搶在了我的前面,一場慘劇就在我的眼前發(fā)生了,這位叔叔剛到馬路中央時一臺車飛快的沖了過去“碰”,只見叔叔躺在地上,露出驚愕的表情,地下流了很多血,我看到了這一幕,定定的在原地呆著,直到綠燈亮?xí)r,我才呆呆地往前走,腦海里一直回想著剛才發(fā)生的那一幕。
