承包合同書
為了調(diào)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)車輛駕駛員的積極性，加強(qiáng)駕駛員愛護(hù)車輛的責(zé)任心，充分發(fā)揮機(jī)動(dòng)車輛的作用，更好地為發(fā)展工副業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)，增加集體和個(gè)人的收入，經(jīng)社員代表會(huì)議認(rèn)真討論和甲乙雙方充分協(xié)商，特簽訂本合同，供雙方共同遵守。 第一條 承包機(jī)動(dòng)車輛的型號(hào)、噸位及機(jī)械狀況：。第二條 承包期限 承包期限為 年，即從 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。 第三條 上交承包費(fèi)的數(shù)量、時(shí)間及辦法 乙方在承包期內(nèi)共向甲方上交承包費(fèi) 元，其中， 年上交 元， 年上交 元， 年上交 元，……。每年分 次上交，以現(xiàn)金支付，甲方收費(fèi)后即出具收據(jù)。每年上交承包費(fèi)的數(shù)量時(shí)間表如下： 時(shí) 間 數(shù) 量 時(shí) 間 數(shù) 量第四條 甲方的權(quán)利義務(wù) １．甲方應(yīng)將承包機(jī)動(dòng)車輛完好地交給乙方，并隨車交付下列工具給乙方使用： 。 ２．根據(jù)縣石油公司分配給農(nóng)村機(jī)動(dòng)車輛的燃料指標(biāo)，合理分配給乙方購(gòu)買。 ３．甲方有權(quán)督促乙方履行合同規(guī)定的義務(wù)。
設(shè) 備 維 修 合 同 書
經(jīng)甲乙雙方友好協(xié)商，由乙方承攬甲方3臺(tái)搪瓷釜修理工作，雙方本著平等互利、真誠(chéng)合作原則，結(jié)合本工程具體情況，依據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)合同法》有關(guān)規(guī)定，簽訂本合同，具體條款如下：一、合同內(nèi)容1.1、乙方承接甲方3臺(tái)搪瓷釜修理工作。并按本合同規(guī)定的要求，經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格后交付甲方。1.2、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容見技術(shù)協(xié)議書。1.3、項(xiàng)目施工地點(diǎn)：山東魯新化工有限公司1.4、交貨期：合同簽訂后乙方開始準(zhǔn)備工作，乙方須在規(guī)定工作日內(nèi)安裝、調(diào)試完畢，并交付甲方使用。 二、合同價(jià)格合同總價(jià)為人民幣（大寫）金額為：壹萬元整，￥10000元，在雙方未簽訂新的協(xié)議之前，任何一方不得修改此費(fèi)用。三、結(jié)算方式 設(shè)備維修、維護(hù)完畢，甲方檢定并驗(yàn)收后，乙方出具全額增值稅發(fā)票，甲方在收到發(fā)票后一個(gè)周內(nèi)支付給乙方合同總價(jià)的100％，人民幣（大寫）壹萬元整，￥10000元。四、技術(shù)要求和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4.1、詳見雙方技術(shù)協(xié)議書（合同附件）。4.2、要求設(shè)備維修、維護(hù)完畢后質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定可靠，操作方便。性能、精度應(yīng)完全符合技術(shù)協(xié)議中的技術(shù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。五、甲方承擔(dān)的義務(wù)和責(zé)任向乙方提供設(shè)備改造所必須的技術(shù)資料。甲方負(fù)責(zé)管道的蒸、吹、洗等管線的置換，以及物料管線內(nèi)的物料退返、隔離工作。以防拆除過程中生產(chǎn)物料的跑、冒、滴、漏的發(fā)生，或可能因物料的跑、冒、滴、漏的發(fā)生造成危險(xiǎn)。有必要提供維修時(shí)的環(huán)境因素。
APP開發(fā) 合 同 書
甲、乙雙方經(jīng)友好協(xié)議，就甲方委托乙方開發(fā)《 》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“本軟件”）的事宜達(dá)成一致并同意訂本合同。除非有特別的說明，本合同中“委托方”與“甲方”指同一主體；“受托方”與“乙方”系指同一主體。一、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容1. 甲方委托乙方開發(fā)的軟件《 》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“本軟件”） 可以在□AppleiOS(OS9.0+) □Android(OS5.0+) 環(huán)境下運(yùn)行的軟件，軟件需求（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“需求”）雙方協(xié)商確定。2. 本合同APP應(yīng)用開發(fā)的欄目架構(gòu)及相關(guān)功能開發(fā)細(xì)節(jié)由《APP開發(fā)需求表》載明。（APP需求表見附件一）二、合同價(jià)款和付款方式1. 本合同總價(jià)款包括乙方相關(guān)的稅費(fèi)及軟件開發(fā)期間辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)的所有費(fèi)用。該價(jià)款為固定包干價(jià)，除上述款項(xiàng)外，甲方無需支付任何其它款項(xiàng)。2. 付款方式： 本次APP軟件的開發(fā)總費(fèi)用為￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），軟件開發(fā)之前甲方需要向乙方預(yù)付總金額的20%作為保證金，即￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），軟件驗(yàn)收合格后三日內(nèi)支付總費(fèi)用的70%，即￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），剩余的費(fèi)用作為本項(xiàng)目質(zhì)保金，即￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），在缺陷責(zé)任期滿后一個(gè)星期內(nèi)支付。
養(yǎng)護(hù)合同書
根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)合同法》規(guī)定，遵循平等自愿、互利公平和誠(chéng)實(shí)合作的原則,明確雙方權(quán)利義務(wù)關(guān)系，經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：一、 甲方委托乙方負(fù)責(zé)甲方新，舊辦公院內(nèi)外所有花草樹木的養(yǎng)護(hù)和管理。二、 期限：養(yǎng)護(hù)期為一年，自 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。三、 養(yǎng)護(hù)費(fèi)用為人民幣 元，大寫： 。四、 付款方法：合同到期后經(jīng)驗(yàn)收一次性付清。 五、 甲方負(fù)責(zé)養(yǎng)護(hù)范圍內(nèi)所有苗木的安全管理，如人為損壞由甲方全部負(fù)責(zé)。甲方提供水源、電源、工具臨時(shí)安放點(diǎn)（水、電費(fèi)由甲方負(fù)擔(dān)）。如因水、電源不暢而造成養(yǎng)護(hù)范圍內(nèi)的植物死亡，造成的損失由甲方負(fù)責(zé)。六、 乙方在接管養(yǎng)護(hù)前應(yīng)清點(diǎn)甲方現(xiàn)有的苗木，如有死亡和無法補(bǔ)救的苗木，要向甲方提出并記錄在案，乙方在養(yǎng)護(hù)期間如有花木自然死亡，乙方要及時(shí)報(bào)知甲方，協(xié)商補(bǔ)種。七、 乙方在養(yǎng)護(hù)期間，嚴(yán)格按《太原市綠化養(yǎng)護(hù)條例》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)管理。如乙方未按條例養(yǎng)護(hù)，造成損失，甲方有權(quán)要求乙方承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的賠償責(zé)任。
