說明： 利用各種食品的方法來貯存食物，在我國有著悠久的歷史，早在《詩經(jīng)》中就記錄以冰窖存物的方法。隨著現(xiàn)代物質(zhì)水平的提高，及科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，貯存食物不僅僅為了保存食物，而更廣泛地表現(xiàn)為口味的豐富、攜帶的方便，以及適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代生活的需要。孩子們在日常生活中，也常?？吹礁鞣N食物，，有的被貯存于真空包裝袋中，有的浸泡在各類瓶瓶罐罐中，有的放在冰柜里，還有的懸掛在竹竿上。同樣，孩子們也常有機會吃到這些經(jīng)過特殊貯存或加工的食物。然而，對為什么要貯存食物，怎么來貯存食物卻知之甚少。因此，“食物的貯存”這一活動旨在讓孩子們在操作、談?wù)?、比較中，了解粗淺的食物方法，知道貯存給現(xiàn)代生活所帶來的種種好處，培養(yǎng)他們對生活小科學(xué)的探索興趣，滿足他們的好奇心。
