國(guó)家高山滑雪中心位于北京市延慶區(qū)燕山山脈最西段,這里年平均氣溫比北京市區(qū)低3~4℃。位于延慶賽區(qū)核心區(qū)的小海陀山,平均氣溫比延慶還低十幾攝氏度,得天獨(dú)厚的條件讓它成為2022年北京冬奧會(huì)高山滑雪和雪車雪橇賽場(chǎng)。高山滑雪賽道的出發(fā)平臺(tái),海拔2198米,是北京市海拔最高的建筑,造型巍峨,猶如一只乘風(fēng)欲飛的風(fēng)箏。
