“無廢城市”,是以創(chuàng)新、協調、綠色、開放、共享的新發(fā)展理念為引領,通過推動形成綠色發(fā)展方式和生活方式,持續(xù)推進固體廢物源頭減量和資源化利用,最大限度減少填埋量,將固體廢物環(huán)境影響降至最低的城市發(fā)展模式。2017年,中國工程院院士杜祥豌在國內首次牽頭提出創(chuàng)建“無廢城市”及“無廢社會”的建議。
桃花峪是黃河中下游分界線,把橋建在這里自有講究。我個人的選擇原因,就實用層面來講,自是離老家更近,卻也有非實用層面:是它的外形更時尚更壯觀,名字我也格外鐘愛:桃花峪——黃河——大橋,既明艷又鏗鏘,既堅固又綿長,不是么?
