當前存在的一些問題：一是文件傳閱慢。一份文件由于常常需要多位領(lǐng)導、多個室局股閱知，往往就造成了文件傳遞時間長，文件傳閱慢的問題。有時一份文件傳閱結(jié)束時時間長達一個月，文件傳閱效率嚴重低下；有時文件傳到后面領(lǐng)導閱知時，事情都已經(jīng)過去了，對工作的開展帶來了不利影響。
