老師們、同學(xué)們: 上午好!今天我國旗下的講話的主題是“節(jié)約能源,從小事做起”能源是寶貴的自然資源,是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的命脈,假若沒有了能源,我們的生產(chǎn)生活將會(huì)受到嚴(yán)重的影響。當(dāng)前,環(huán)視全球,能源問題和能源危機(jī)已嚴(yán)重困擾世界的發(fā)展;在我國,一方面面臨水電資源短缺的困擾,另一方面則存在嚴(yán)重的水電能源浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象。有水當(dāng)思無水之苦,有電當(dāng)思無電之痛……如果說干旱是缺水缺電的“天災(zāi)”,那么比“天災(zāi)”更嚴(yán)重的則是“人禍”,隨處可見的人為浪費(fèi)水電,是缺水缺電的直接原因,更是我國水電資源的頭號(hào)敵人!在學(xué)校,時(shí)常能看到這種現(xiàn)象:早上明明教室里才幾個(gè)同學(xué),燈卻全開著,燈開著卻不是在教室里認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí),教室、專用室、辦公室的人離開了,燈卻照開。白天,光線充足的時(shí)候,教室燈也沒有關(guān),“長明燈”時(shí)??梢?,過道里、走廊上、廁所里的燈時(shí)常被一些同學(xué)隨手開燈而亮著。計(jì)算機(jī)不用時(shí)不關(guān)機(jī),習(xí)以為常。廁所等處的水龍頭人走了水卻照流,對(duì)“長流水”現(xiàn)象見慣不怪。
二、學(xué)情分析:學(xué)生目前對(duì)形變和彈力有一定的感性認(rèn)識(shí)但是不夠深入;知道支持力、壓力都是彈力,但是不能夠概括產(chǎn)生的原因。理性思維還沒有達(dá)到一定的層次,要想理解彈力這一抽象概念還有一定困難。因此我采取引導(dǎo)、啟發(fā)的教學(xué)方式。
二、市場開拓及客戶的發(fā)展。一是根據(jù)自已所掌握的中小客戶資源,去拜訪和營銷公司的產(chǎn)品;二是通過認(rèn)識(shí)的核心大企業(yè)(如陜西高速集團(tuán)、陜汽集團(tuán)等)去深挖這些核心企業(yè)的上下游企業(yè),拓展公司業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品,爭取找到一個(gè)突破點(diǎn),最終能形成一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)模式,帶動(dòng)核心企業(yè)眾多的上下游與公司的業(yè)務(wù)合作;三是通過在西安金融圈的人脈資源(銀行、信托、證券、創(chuàng)投公司等)向他們推薦公司業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品,使金融圈的朋友幫其推薦和介紹適合公司業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品的客戶;四是通過與當(dāng)?shù)亟鹑谵k及相關(guān)金融政府主管機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)系合作推薦公司業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品,與金融辦合作,爭取能舉行融資推薦會(huì);五是根據(jù)細(xì)分市場情況和了相關(guān)園區(qū)企業(yè)的情況,上門拜訪及推薦公司業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品,爭取業(yè)務(wù)的合作。
二、教學(xué)目標(biāo) <一>、知識(shí)目標(biāo): 1、能說出人類與現(xiàn)代類人猿共同起源于森林古猿。 2、知道人類是由于環(huán)境的變化,在與自然環(huán)境的艱苦斗爭過程中逐漸進(jìn)化來的。 3、概述人類在起源和發(fā)展過程中自身形態(tài)、使用工具等方面的變化。 <二>、能力目標(biāo): 1、通過指導(dǎo)學(xué)生課前收集有關(guān)人類的起源和進(jìn)化的資料等,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生收集資料、獲取信息的能力。 2、通過對(duì)人類的起源和進(jìn)化的探究,打開學(xué)生思路,培養(yǎng)他們的觀察能力、想象能力、分析能力、比較問題能力及口頭表達(dá)能力。
預(yù)設(shè) 不知走了多久,就在身心俱疲之際,眼前忽然出現(xiàn)一片仙境。清澈的溪流蜿蜒流動(dòng),與溪石相撞,發(fā)出清脆的聲響。沿著溪流走上幾百步,兩岸仍是一片片茂密的桃花林,晴空下,桃枝交錯(cuò),紛紛擾擾;桃花繽紛迷離,似紅云,似粉霞。而桃林地面上則青草蔥蘢,就連路過的清風(fēng)也沾上桃香,惹下了一場桃花雨。只見那些花瓣調(diào)皮地在空中起舞,最后或落在岸上,與青草私語,或落于溪中,隨流水旅行……設(shè)問2:看到這樣一片美麗而又奇特的桃花林,漁人又有什么感受呢?預(yù)設(shè) “忽逢”一詞體現(xiàn)了漁人的驚喜之情?!皾O人甚異之,復(fù)前行,欲窮其林”,體現(xiàn)了漁人十分好奇,急切地想探尋桃花林的心理。(2)在朗讀中感受美。(教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生在朗讀中感受桃林之美和漁人之驚喜。)朗讀指導(dǎo):“忽逢”要讀出驚喜,速度稍快,“數(shù)百步”三字要強(qiáng)調(diào)重讀,以體現(xiàn)桃林的范圍之廣?!爸袩o雜樹,芳草鮮美,落英繽紛”要以“二二”的節(jié)奏斷開,但前后之間要語氣貫連,讀得似斷實(shí)連,語速要稍慢,將一幅幅畫面徐徐呈現(xiàn)出來,就像放電影一般,以體現(xiàn)漁人此刻的癡迷沉醉之情。
帶好一個(gè)班子。就是帶出一個(gè)服務(wù)型的政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子。建立人性化服務(wù)型的政府,是這次大會(huì)對(duì)人民代表的鄭重承諾,一諾重千金,實(shí)踐這個(gè)承諾將是我們每一位新的政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成員的重要任務(wù)。我雖然當(dāng)選為政府鎮(zhèn)長,但一個(gè)人的智慧、知識(shí)、能力是有限的。我將把我有限的力量融入到政府一班人這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)中去,用團(tuán)隊(duì)的力量彌補(bǔ)自身的不足,同心相應(yīng),同氣相求,身體力行,率先垂范,和大家一道,象抓經(jīng)濟(jì)工作那樣抓好政府自身建設(shè),象愛護(hù)自己的眼睛一樣愛護(hù)政府的形象,盡快建設(shè)一個(gè)勤政高效、務(wù)實(shí)創(chuàng)新、團(tuán)結(jié)奮進(jìn)這樣一個(gè)完整意義上的服務(wù)型政府,以擔(dān)負(fù)起新牧區(qū)建設(shè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職責(zé)和歷史使命。
一、教材分析《獵人海力布》是一則在內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)流傳的民間故事,故事描寫了善良、誠實(shí)的海力布,為了拯救鄉(xiāng)親們的生命,不惜自己變成一塊石頭。人們因此世世代代紀(jì)念他。這則故事雖然篇幅較長,但語言通俗易懂,圍繞海力布“舍己救鄉(xiāng)親”的中心事件,層層鋪墊,寓理寓情于故事中,給人強(qiáng)烈的感染和教育。本單元的訓(xùn)練重點(diǎn)是簡要復(fù)述課文。從教材本身看,本課有以下特點(diǎn):一是課題表明寫人;二是情節(jié)生動(dòng),語言通俗易懂;三是想象力奇特豐富。二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)分析要學(xué)生簡要復(fù)述課文,首先要讓學(xué)生熟悉課文內(nèi)容,理清課文脈絡(luò),因此第一個(gè)教學(xué)目標(biāo)定位為熟悉課文,了解事件的起因、經(jīng)過、結(jié)果。要學(xué)生復(fù)述好課文,可以借助列小標(biāo)題的方法理解課文內(nèi)容、理清層次、找出要點(diǎn)。除了熟悉課文內(nèi)容外,還要理解把握理解課文內(nèi)容及把握人物的品質(zhì),因此,第二個(gè)目標(biāo)定位品讀課文,感悟人物的形象、品質(zhì)。第三目標(biāo)定位簡要復(fù)述故事,并初步學(xué)習(xí)將人物對(duì)話改成一般敘述的方法。

XX **發(fā)展(集團(tuán))有限責(zé)任公司是一家以煤為主,有著50年光輝歷程,集電力、機(jī)械制造、旅游酒店、物資供應(yīng)、信息通訊、醫(yī)療急救等多業(yè)發(fā)展的國家大型工業(yè)企業(yè)?,F(xiàn)有總資產(chǎn)27億元,員工7000余人,礦區(qū)總?cè)丝?萬余人,年?duì)I業(yè)收入8億元左右,年創(chuàng)利稅近億元。為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展做出了一定貢獻(xiàn)。
現(xiàn)行國有企業(yè)用人制度主要是全員勞動(dòng)合同制和聘任制即以勞動(dòng)合同形式把企業(yè)和個(gè)人之間的關(guān)系明確下來,并對(duì)管理人員和技術(shù)人員實(shí)行分級(jí)聘用。隨著市場化的推進(jìn),這種制度表現(xiàn)出的缺陷是缺乏競爭性、公開性、公平性。人員的聘用仍是通過主管提名、人事部門考察、組織討論的方式?jīng)Q定。公開選拔、競爭上崗的方式還沒有進(jìn)一步推行。員工與企業(yè)簽訂勞動(dòng)合同后,只要沒有違反廠紀(jì)廠規(guī),都會(huì)按時(shí)享受相應(yīng)待遇,穩(wěn)坐“鐵交椅”。同時(shí)人員配置機(jī)制不規(guī)范,因人設(shè)崗現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,因事配人還不能徹底落實(shí),工作職位與個(gè)人能力上的能級(jí)對(duì)應(yīng)原則沒有充分體現(xiàn)。造成人才缺乏與人才浪費(fèi)并存人才閑置與用人不當(dāng)并存。
