第四條:勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬1、乙方月工資為:xxxxx元/月2、乙方每月工資由甲方于次月x日發(fā)放。若工資發(fā)放日適逢周日或假日,甲方可提前或推后一日或數(shù)日發(fā)放。若甲方推后半個(gè)月未發(fā)放工資,視為違約。3、乙方在甲方工作期間,甲方除支付乙方工資外,負(fù)責(zé)乙方職工餐的提供,及xxxxxxxxx,除此不支付其它任何費(fèi)用。
第三條勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)、福利待遇1、甲方根據(jù)國(guó)家、自治區(qū)有關(guān)規(guī)定和本機(jī)構(gòu)工資、獎(jiǎng)金分配制度,按月支付乙方報(bào)酬,基本工資()元/月,當(dāng)月的工資在下月的15-20日前以貨幣的形式向乙方支付。甲方不得克扣或無(wú)故拖欠甲方支付乙方的報(bào)酬,應(yīng)不低于當(dāng)?shù)?府規(guī)定的最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2、乙方的年休假、婚喪假、女工孕期、產(chǎn)期、哺乳期待遇以及解除(終止)勞動(dòng)合同時(shí)乙方經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償金的發(fā)放,均按國(guó)家有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、政策以及甲方依法制定的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
九、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和福利第十九條甲、乙方協(xié)商社保由員工自己辦理,甲方每月將社保金直接發(fā)放給乙方;第二十條甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)創(chuàng)造條件,改善集體福利,提高乙方的福利待遇。十、合同的終止和解除第二十一條雙方訂立的勞動(dòng)用工合同期限屆滿,本合同將自動(dòng)解除、終止。第二十二條乙方有下列情形之一的,甲方可以解除本合同:(一)嚴(yán)重違反了勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律或者甲方規(guī)章制度。(二)嚴(yán)重失職,營(yíng)私舞弊,對(duì)甲方利益造成了重大損害。(三)泄露甲方信息機(jī)密和技術(shù)機(jī)密資料,造成了甲方重大損失。(四)因自身原因被勞動(dòng)教育以及被依法追究刑事責(zé)任。(五)不能勝任工作,經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)或調(diào)整工作崗位后,仍不能勝任。(六)患病或因非工傷,醫(yī)療期滿后,不能從事原工作也不能從事由甲方另行安排的工作。
