一、認(rèn)識(shí)說課的實(shí)質(zhì)說課是指教師以現(xiàn)代教育理念為指導(dǎo)，在精心備課的基礎(chǔ)上，面對同行或教學(xué)研究人員，采用口頭語言或相關(guān)輔助手段，闡述某學(xué)科課程或某具體課程的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)及其依據(jù)的教學(xué)研究過程（李崇愛,孟應(yīng)周,2011）。簡單而言，說課就是教師對“教什么”、“怎么教”、“為什么這么教”等問題進(jìn)行闡述。這樣做的目的，一方面可以展現(xiàn)一個(gè)教師的教育理論修養(yǎng)、教學(xué)組織能力和口頭表達(dá)能力，另一方面可以幫助教師優(yōu)化教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，反思教學(xué)行為，分享教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
教師教學(xué)工作考核制度
１、教案檢查制度： 為了消除無教案上課現(xiàn)象，年級部每月進(jìn)行一次教案檢查登記，根據(jù)教案數(shù)量考核課時(shí)津貼，根據(jù)備課數(shù)量和質(zhì)量考核當(dāng)月教案得分。平時(shí)考核按10分制。根據(jù)備課格式的規(guī)范性，備課內(nèi)容、板面及書寫綜合評分，上等記為9-10分，中等記為5-8分，下等在5分以下，上等人數(shù)不得超過30%。教務(wù)處或教研室開學(xué)和期末要對教師教案進(jìn)行檢查，并評選出本期優(yōu)秀教案?！ 。?、作業(yè)檢查制度： 年級部每月對任課教師的作業(yè)布置和批改情況作檢查登記，并評定當(dāng)月得分，按10分制記錄。作業(yè)率在10％以下記1分，作業(yè)率在10%至20%記2分依此類推。但批改不認(rèn)真的要在基本分上酌情扣分，作業(yè)率＝作文一次按兩次統(tǒng)計(jì)。體育音樂課允許無作業(yè)，此項(xiàng)評分將根據(jù)兩操一課活動(dòng)的開展情況，平時(shí)的各種活動(dòng)開展情況和成績記錄、資料收集等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行考核，學(xué)期末由年級部和教務(wù)處考核評分。
