三、活動過程1、教師先將單元磚和平衡木拼搭成小橋，幼兒借助狩獵筐和繡球、粘球、大龜背等，在小橋之上展開平衡鍛煉，持物平衡走、拖物平衡走等游戲。（1）教師講解游戲的規(guī)則，行走的過程中保持身體的平穩(wěn)且不搖晃。（2）教師注意提醒幼兒安全。2、教師將手印、腳印、體能棒、拉力圈以及軟體輪胎和梯子以及蕩橋等搭建成不同的路徑，幼兒在這些路徑上面展開平衡走的游戲。
