根據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》和有關(guān)法律規(guī)定,結(jié)合本工程的具體情況,甲乙雙方經(jīng)協(xié)商一致,簽訂本合同(本合同組成包括本合同正文及附件、招投標文件、設(shè)計文件及施工圖紙、工程規(guī)范及技術(shù)說明),以資共同遵守。第一條:概括約定01.01、工程名稱:西藏高爭民爆物資有限公司八一炸藥庫市電引入工程01.02、工程內(nèi)容:變壓器安裝、線路加上、線路搭伙等施工類容01.03、工程地點:八一尼溪村炸藥庫01.04、工 期:30天,如雙方未另行約定,則以本合同簽訂的第二日為開工日。01.05、工程驗收標準為:國家電網(wǎng)相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范。01.06保修期:工程驗收合格后工程使用的設(shè)備和材料保修期限不低于行業(yè)標準及國家標準中最長期限,產(chǎn)品自有合格文件中的保修期限長于前述期限的,應(yīng)當按該合格文件的內(nèi)容執(zhí)行。01.07、價 款:按照甲乙雙方協(xié)商價格(乙方提供清單價格)確定合同總價,本價格已包含由乙方負責自行采購的設(shè)備及材料等費用。本費用為乙方所提供工作清單內(nèi)容,為總價包干,最終費用不做任何調(diào)整(工程中所產(chǎn)生的違約費用除外)。
