培訓(xùn)活動結(jié)束還要組織理論測試，對每位學(xué)員作出客觀評價(jià)。相信大家通過這次集中學(xué)習(xí)、集中培訓(xùn)，為今后管理的工作打下更加扎實(shí)技能基礎(chǔ)，以便帶領(lǐng)自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)，以顯著的工作業(yè)績證明自身的價(jià)值。參加此次培訓(xùn)的人員都是三級經(jīng)理人員，工作都很忙，事務(wù)都很多，但既來者則安之，希望大家能克服暫時(shí)的困難，把單位或部門的事情放一放，靜下心來學(xué)習(xí)。

首先，我們用心工作。在日常工作中用心努力地做好每件事，爭取把問題想周到，盡量使自己能做到事半功倍的效果。在財(cái)務(wù)工作中我始終以提高工作效率和工作質(zhì)量為目標(biāo)，力爭做到總公司和分公司財(cái)務(wù)制度統(tǒng)一，積極主動地了解各分公司財(cái)務(wù)工作中出現(xiàn)的問題，及時(shí)上報(bào)，及時(shí)解決。使得各分公司人員按照__總公司的制度和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成每項(xiàng)工作，熟練掌握工作流程，堅(jiān)持按財(cái)務(wù)制度辦事，保持頭腦清醒，及時(shí)掌握各公司簽訂合同和收付工程款項(xiàng)等情況。在工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題，采納大家提出的合理化建議。

公司成立伊始，我便有幸加入到這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)，幾年來，我并沒有為公司做出驚天動地的大貢獻(xiàn)，更沒取得特別值得炫耀可喜的成績，我只是努力做好自己的本職工作，盡自己的能力盡快的去完成每一次任務(wù)，總結(jié)自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從經(jīng)驗(yàn)中學(xué)習(xí)，在失敗中成長。當(dāng)選為優(yōu)秀員工讓我們覺得很自豪與光榮，它印證了我們工作的進(jìn)步和成績。同時(shí)它也是一種動力，促使我們更加勤奮與努力，去更好地完成每一件事情，為公司創(chuàng)造更大的效益。
