The theme of this section is “Talk about festival activities and festival experiences”.Festival and holiday is a relaxing and interesting topic for students. This part talks about the topic from the daily life of students’. In the part A ---Listening and Speaking, there are three conversations among different speakers from three countries(Japan, Rio and China), where the speakers are participating in or going to participate in the festivals and celebrations. So listening for the relationship among them is a fundamental task. Actually, with the globalization and more international communication, it is normal for Chinese or foreigners to witness different festivals and celebrations in or out of China. In the Conversation 1, a foreign reporter is interviewing a Japanese young girl who just had participated in the ceremony of the Coming-of-Age Day on the street and asking her feeling about the ceremony and the afterwards activities. Conversation 2, Chinese girl Li Mei is witnessing the Rio Carnival for the first time, and her friend Carla gives her some advice on the costumes which enables her to match with the carnival to have a good time. Conversation 3, a Chinese guide is showing a group of foreign visitors around the Lantern Festival and introducing the customs of the festival to them. The three conversations have a strong vitality and insert the festival and cultural elements from different countries. So perceiving the festivals and cultures from different countries is the second task. At the same time, the scripts also insert the targeted grammar --- v-ing as attributive and predicative, which students can perceive and experience in a real context and make a road for the further study. That is the third task. In the Part B--- Listening and Talking, the theme is “Talk about festival experience”, which is the common topic in our daily conversations. During the conversation, Song Lin, a Chinese student, asked Canadian friend Max about how to spend Christmas. In the conversation, Song Lin talked about experience and the feelings during the Chinese Spring Festival, during which there are not only some enjoyable things but some unpleasant things. After the listening, perhaps students find there are some similarities between Christmas and the Chinese Spring Festival as there are some differences in the origins and celebrations. 三、制定實(shí)驗(yàn)方案的兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:1.怎樣測(cè)量(或比較)物體的加速度:引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考、討論并交流。學(xué)生可能會(huì)提出下面的一些方案:方法一:測(cè)出初速度為零的勻加速直線運(yùn)動(dòng)的物體在 時(shí)間內(nèi)的位移 ,則 ;方法二:在運(yùn)動(dòng)的物體上安裝一條打點(diǎn)計(jì)時(shí)器的紙帶,根據(jù)紙帶上打出的點(diǎn)來(lái)測(cè)量加速度;方法三:測(cè)出兩個(gè)初速度為零的勻加速運(yùn)動(dòng)的物體在相同的時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)生的位移 、 ,則 ;方法四:測(cè)出兩個(gè)初速度為零的勻加速運(yùn)動(dòng)的物體在相同的位移內(nèi)所用的時(shí)間 、 ,則 ;2.怎樣提供并測(cè)量物體所受的恒力:教師提出:現(xiàn)實(shí)中,除了在真空中拋出或落下的物體(僅受重力)外,僅受一個(gè)力的物體幾乎是不存在的。然而,一個(gè)單獨(dú)的力作用效果與跟它大小、方向都相同的合力的作用效果是相同的,因此,實(shí)驗(yàn)中力 的含義指物體所受的合力。以在水平軌道上用繩牽引小車(chē)加速運(yùn)動(dòng)為例,小車(chē)受到四個(gè)力的作用,即重力、支持力、繩的拉力和軌道對(duì)小車(chē)的摩擦力(當(dāng)物體運(yùn)動(dòng)的速度比較小時(shí),我們可以忽略空氣的阻力)。
具體過(guò)程:先用懸掛法確定重心之后,在板上固定一條細(xì)線ab,讓ab穿過(guò)重心c點(diǎn),再在其重心c處拴上細(xì)繩提拉,驗(yàn)證薄板可以水平平衡.如圖3-1-6、3-1-7所示.歸納:物體的重心可在物體之上,也可在物體之外.結(jié)論:規(guī)則均勻的物體重心在其幾何中心;不規(guī)則不均勻的物體重心用懸掛法.例3一個(gè)被吊著的均勻的球殼,其內(nèi)部注滿(mǎn)了水,在球的底部有一帶閥門(mén)的細(xì)出水口.在打開(kāi)閥門(mén)讓水慢慢流出的過(guò)程中,球殼與其中的水的共同重心將會(huì)()A.一直下降B.一直不變C.先下降后上升D.先上升后下降先讓學(xué)生自己回答,估計(jì)很多學(xué)生會(huì)選擇A;教師提示開(kāi)始和最終重心的位置,學(xué)生很快就能得出正確答案.借機(jī)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考問(wèn)題要全面.參考答案:在注滿(mǎn)水時(shí),球殼和水的共同重心在球心,隨著水的流出,球殼的重心不變,但是水的重心下降,二者共同的重心在下降.當(dāng)水流完時(shí),重心又回到球心,故選項(xiàng)C正確.
四、速度和速率學(xué)生閱讀教材第18頁(yè)相應(yīng)部分的知識(shí)點(diǎn),讓學(xué)生總結(jié).生:速度既有大小,又有方向,是矢量,速度的大小叫速率,教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生看教材第18頁(yè)圖1.3—2.觀察汽車(chē)的速度計(jì),討論后說(shuō)出你從表盤(pán)上獲取的有用信息。生:汽車(chē)的速率.指針指在相應(yīng)數(shù)字的瞬間,就表示汽車(chē)在那一瞬時(shí)的速率是那個(gè)值.生:還可以從表盤(pán)上直接讀出公里里程.師:日常生活中的“速度”有時(shí)指速度,也有時(shí)指速率,要看實(shí)際的物理情景。[討論與交流]甲、乙兩位同學(xué)用不同的時(shí)間圍繞操場(chǎng)跑了一圈,都回到了出發(fā)點(diǎn),他們的平均速度相同嗎?怎樣比較他們運(yùn)動(dòng)的快慢?學(xué)生討論,體驗(yàn)平均速度的缺陷,引入平均速率。生1:位移都是零,平均速度等于位移跟發(fā)生這段位移所用時(shí)間的比值,所以他們的平均速度都是零。生2:即使一位同學(xué)站在原地不跑,他的平均速度也是零啊,可我們運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上不是這樣比快慢的,如果這樣,那多不公平啊?
①平動(dòng)的物體一般可以看作質(zhì)點(diǎn)做平動(dòng)的物體,由于物體上各點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)情況相同,可以用一個(gè)點(diǎn)代表整個(gè)物體的運(yùn)動(dòng),在這種情況下,物體的大小、形狀就無(wú)關(guān)緊要了,可以把整個(gè)物體當(dāng)質(zhì)點(diǎn)。例如:平直公路上行駛的汽車(chē),車(chē)身上各部分的運(yùn)動(dòng)情況相同,當(dāng)我們把汽車(chē)作為一個(gè)整體來(lái)研究它的運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)候,就可以把汽車(chē)當(dāng)作質(zhì)點(diǎn)。當(dāng)然,假如我們需要研究汽車(chē)輪胎的運(yùn)動(dòng),由于輪胎上各部分運(yùn)動(dòng)情況不相同,那就不能把它看作質(zhì)點(diǎn)了。要注意的是:同一物體在不同情況下有時(shí)可看質(zhì)點(diǎn),有時(shí)不可以看作質(zhì)點(diǎn),一列火車(chē)從北京開(kāi)到上海,研究火車(chē)的運(yùn)行的時(shí)間,可將火車(chē)看成質(zhì)點(diǎn),而火車(chē)過(guò)橋時(shí),計(jì)算火車(chē)過(guò)橋的時(shí)間,不可以將火車(chē)看成質(zhì)點(diǎn)。②有轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)但轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)為次要因素例如:研究地球公轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),可把地球看作質(zhì)點(diǎn);研究地球自轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),不能把地球看作質(zhì)點(diǎn)。③物體的形狀、大小可忽略再如:乒乓球旋轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)球的運(yùn)動(dòng)的較大的影響,運(yùn)動(dòng)員在發(fā)球、擊球時(shí)都要考慮,就不能把乒乓球簡(jiǎn)單看作質(zhì)點(diǎn)。
