一、教材分析

(一)教材的地位及作用

1、新目標(biāo)英語(yǔ)教材概述

《新目標(biāo)英語(yǔ)》教材的語(yǔ)言教育理念是:知識(shí)用于行動(dòng),強(qiáng)調(diào)“語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用”,注重實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力。它采用任務(wù)型語(yǔ)言教學(xué)(Task-basedLanguage Teaching)模式。

2、單元分析及教材處理

本課是新目標(biāo)英語(yǔ)八年級(jí)上冊(cè)第12單元Section A,教材以 What’s the bestradio station? 為中心話題,圍繞What’s the best …?而展開(kāi),運(yùn)用形容詞原級(jí),比較級(jí)和最高級(jí),讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)表達(dá)個(gè)人的喜好和對(duì)事物或人的評(píng)價(jià)。本課教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活密切相關(guān),可引發(fā)學(xué)生進(jìn)行大量口語(yǔ)交際練習(xí)。教材安排了許多聽(tīng),說(shuō),讀,寫(xiě)的任務(wù)活動(dòng),我將靈活運(yùn)用這些活動(dòng),將其中的一些活動(dòng)進(jìn)行變化或整合,如:添加了兩組聯(lián)系實(shí)際的對(duì)話練習(xí),將SELF-CHECK當(dāng)中的話題改成課前預(yù)習(xí)的資料收集主題提前至SECTION A。

(二)教學(xué)目標(biāo)

根據(jù)《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》關(guān)于總目標(biāo)的具體描述,結(jié)合第12單元的教材內(nèi)容,我按知識(shí)目標(biāo)、能力目標(biāo)、情感目標(biāo)、三個(gè)方面將本單元的教學(xué)目標(biāo)細(xì)化:

1、知識(shí)目標(biāo):?jiǎn)卧~:學(xué)習(xí)掌握詞匯theater,cinema, trendy, quality, comfortable, close to, screen, performer, radiostation, boring, popular等。

功能:學(xué)會(huì)比較和對(duì)人或事物的描述

結(jié)構(gòu):Superlativeswith – (i) est ,the most.

句型:What’s the best …? I like…than…,He/She likes…best.

2、能力目標(biāo):提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)及自學(xué)的綜合能力。

3、情感目標(biāo):通過(guò)對(duì)人或事物的比較表達(dá)自己的看法,使學(xué)生在人際交往中學(xué)會(huì)尊重和理解別人,學(xué)會(huì)交換不同的看法,了解他人的喜好,增進(jìn)情誼。

二、學(xué)情分析

初二上期的學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)一年多的學(xué)習(xí),有了一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力,有了初步的自主、合作、探究、實(shí)驗(yàn)的能力。本單元的主題是比較,可以采用活動(dòng)教學(xué)法和Role playing的學(xué)習(xí)策略,學(xué)習(xí)新詞匯,掌握重點(diǎn)句型,同時(shí)能比較好地運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中,解決類(lèi)似問(wèn)題。

三、教法滲透

教法運(yùn)用

本課主要運(yùn)用“任務(wù)型教學(xué)法”,并輔助于情景交際教學(xué)法和五步教學(xué)法,展開(kāi)以教師為主導(dǎo),以學(xué)生為主體的師生雙邊活動(dòng)。并及時(shí)鼓勵(lì)表?yè)P(yáng)學(xué)生。

四、學(xué)法指導(dǎo)

1. 學(xué)會(huì)預(yù)習(xí):發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性,變被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)為主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),帶著問(wèn)題有目的地聽(tīng)課,可以更好地把握課堂的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),提高課堂效率。

2.競(jìng)爭(zhēng)學(xué)習(xí):通過(guò)人與人,組與組相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)提高學(xué)習(xí)興趣與熱情。

3.合作學(xué)習(xí):積極參與2人或4人小組對(duì)話或活動(dòng),相互交流,互幫互助,合作完成任務(wù),培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

4.學(xué)以致用:善于抓住用英語(yǔ)交際的機(jī)會(huì),充分感知,聯(lián)系實(shí)際,積極體驗(yàn),大膽實(shí)踐。

五、教學(xué)程序:(45分鐘全英文授課)

1.Play themusic Before class, let them listen to some music.

歌曲欣賞,以學(xué)生喜聞樂(lè)見(jiàn)的形式導(dǎo)入新課,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛, 激發(fā)學(xué)生的好奇心,為學(xué)習(xí)新課打下伏筆。

2.GreetingGood morning, boys and girls.

微笑面對(duì)學(xué)生,讓孩子們心情放松

3.Revision& Lead-in以“Do you lovelistening to the song?”“Which song do you like better,…or…?”“What do youlike best?”等簡(jiǎn)單句型引導(dǎo)出學(xué)生對(duì)歌曲進(jìn)行比較的話題,不但可以復(fù)習(xí)學(xué)過(guò)的形容詞原級(jí)和比較級(jí),更以身邊實(shí)例談?wù)?,從兩者比較級(jí)循序漸進(jìn)過(guò)渡到三者或多者的最高級(jí)的使用

4.Pre-taskFirst let Ss guess the English words according to the pictures. Then ask Ss toexplain what the key word or phrase means in their own words in English. Askthem how they choose what movie theater to go to?”

通過(guò)采用形象生動(dòng)直觀的卡通圖片熟悉關(guān)鍵單詞,并由Cinema→Harry Potter→選擇影院因素的“important” or “notimportant”,切入課文,完成1a。多媒體展示了同學(xué)們熟悉的活動(dòng),激發(fā)了學(xué)生對(duì)電影院各種因素比較的欲望。生活就是知識(shí),對(duì)于他們熟悉的話題,學(xué)生總能大侃特侃,信心倍增。采用Brainstorm的教學(xué)方法并進(jìn)行小競(jìng)賽,能使學(xué)生更積極地參與到課堂活動(dòng)中。

5.While-task “All of you like to go to the movie,my three friends like, too. They live in a town, the town only has 3 movietheaters: Town Cinema, Screen City and Movie Palace. They are talking about themovie theaters,” let uslisten to them and match the statements with the movie theaters. Play therecording, ask Ss to write the names of each movie theater on the blank lineafter its description.

6.Post-task “Of course, besides movie theaters,we like to wear pretty clothes or listen to the radio. On TV today a reporteris interviewing a boy, are you interested in their talk? If you have theinterest, follow me!” Let themlisten and Role play.

由看電影的喜好引申到喜歡買(mǎi)衣服和聽(tīng)廣播,切入課文進(jìn)行2a和2b,聽(tīng)錄音判斷記者和被采訪者關(guān)于當(dāng)?shù)刈詈玫姆椀旰蛷V播站;再聽(tīng)一次了解服飾店的具體特點(diǎn)。注重聽(tīng)力。最后運(yùn)用所學(xué),展開(kāi)其它話題培養(yǎng)比較的口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練。

7.Topic &Group-work “New Year iscoming, I want to travel, but I don’t know whichthe best city is to visit for winter vacation. Before class, I ask you to findsome information about cities in China! Now, who can introduce your favoritecity and give me some advice?”

這是Self-Check的內(nèi)容,我把它提前是因?yàn)楹蚐ECTION A內(nèi)容更有整體性。讓老師扮演求助者的角色,向同學(xué)們求助,讓學(xué)生利用課前預(yù)習(xí)將他們查好的相關(guān)資料(提供新年旅游出游的最佳城市)讓學(xué)生開(kāi)拓思維。

8.HomeworkFinish off the exercises on workbook. Preview the grammar box.

鞏固課堂所用,靈活變通最高級(jí)的使用.

(1)教師問(wèn):“What do youusually do on weekends ? ” (并且板書(shū))讓學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際回答 I usually …… on weekends.

(2)教師出示動(dòng)詞卡片 watch TV、read books 、exercise 、clean、skateboard、 play basketball、wash clothes、go shopping、 go to movies讓學(xué)生認(rèn)讀。

(3)做游戲:“ What’s missing?” (學(xué)生先把動(dòng)詞卡片全部讀一遍,教師從卡片中任意抽掉一張,再讓學(xué)生看卡片讀動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ),然后讓學(xué)生說(shuō)出抽掉的是哪一張?jiān)~匯卡片。)

Step 3 Pattern drill and dialogue

(1)出示詞匯卡片給學(xué)生,并提問(wèn):“What do youusually do on weekends?”引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答: I usually …… on weekends.

(2)Task one “Find my group members.”

在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)填完活動(dòng)表格,再向周?chē)瑢W(xué)開(kāi)始詢問(wèn),找出與自己課外活動(dòng)大致相同的同學(xué)請(qǐng)他或她在每項(xiàng)活動(dòng)后面簽名。

1.教材的地位與作用:What’s the best radio station? 這單元是在unit 6 I’m more outgoing than my sister.學(xué)習(xí)了形容詞比較級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)最高級(jí).通過(guò)復(fù)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)一些名詞和形容詞,練習(xí)最高級(jí),讓學(xué)生在完成任務(wù)的過(guò)程中,運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)交流,培養(yǎng)運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力. This lesson is the first one of Unit 12.So if the Ss can learn it well, itwill be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit.

2.教學(xué)目標(biāo):

(1).知識(shí)與能力:Master the importantwords like radiostation, comfortable, seat, screen,theater,cinema,worse,worst…..

(2).過(guò)程與方法.:To develop the Ssabilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing.To train the Ss abilityof working in pairs.

讓學(xué)生在對(duì)比中運(yùn)用比較級(jí)過(guò)度到最高級(jí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣和應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)實(shí)際交流的能力,進(jìn)而提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)等能力。

(3)情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀:通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)校及家鄉(xiāng)的各種娛樂(lè)設(shè)施作比較,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生love school,love hometown ,love country.

3.教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn):重點(diǎn)是掌握本課重點(diǎn)詞匯,重點(diǎn)句型和最高級(jí)的用法即知識(shí)目標(biāo)的內(nèi)容,難點(diǎn)是形容詞比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)構(gòu)成法及正確運(yùn)用.

二.學(xué)情分析

本課的教學(xué)操練點(diǎn),談?wù)摰脑掝}是theater,cinema,radio station等學(xué)生平時(shí)接觸的少了解少的場(chǎng)所, 再加上現(xiàn)在的中學(xué)生思維能力較強(qiáng),但注意力容易分散。對(duì)英語(yǔ)普遍感興趣,但有很大的不穩(wěn)定性. 因此,本課采取獨(dú)立呈現(xiàn),綜合操練的方式,讓學(xué)生逐漸理解消化.在本課教學(xué)過(guò)程中,在注重啟發(fā)引導(dǎo)的同時(shí),更要注重教學(xué)方法的靈活性,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,讓學(xué)生樂(lè)于接受,易于接受。

三.說(shuō)教法
