(一).知識(shí)方面: 1.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生能運(yùn)用過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)來(lái)描述、談?wù)撨^(guò)去某個(gè)時(shí)間正在發(fā)生的事情或動(dòng)作的意識(shí)和能力,能就過(guò)去某個(gè)時(shí)間正在發(fā)生的動(dòng)作做出正確的描述。 2.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的想象力和角色扮演的合作能力。 3.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生講述過(guò)去發(fā)生的事情經(jīng)過(guò)的能力。能正確運(yùn)用一般過(guò)去時(shí)來(lái)講述故事。 (二).技能方面: 1.本單元的語(yǔ)言目標(biāo)是Talk about past events and tell a story(談?wù)撨^(guò)去的時(shí)間和講述一個(gè)故事),圍繞這一目標(biāo),要涉及句型: What were you doing when the UFO arrived? ----I was sitting in the barber’s chair. The barber was cutting my hair. 因此必須學(xué)習(xí)standing、studying、cleaning、sleeping、cooking、making、eating、cutting、等表示地點(diǎn)的詞,以便為上述句型提供語(yǔ)言材料。2.學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)的有關(guān)知識(shí)。Was/were+現(xiàn)在分詞,是該時(shí)態(tài)的表達(dá)式。 3.在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,要區(qū)分The boy was walking down the street when the UFO landed.和While the boy was walking down the street, the UFO landed.這兩種由when和while引導(dǎo)的狀語(yǔ)從句的句型結(jié)構(gòu)。注意它們的不同。
二、說(shuō)教學(xué)目標(biāo):由于本單元的五個(gè)話題都涉及到了不同的條件下所產(chǎn)生的各種結(jié)果。所以我確定的本課時(shí)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是:通過(guò)談?wù)搱D片和身邊常見(jiàn)的話題,學(xué)會(huì)if引導(dǎo)的條件狀語(yǔ)從句的用法。即用if條件狀語(yǔ)從句作出假設(shè),用will來(lái)談?wù)摻Y(jié)果。三、說(shuō)教學(xué)重點(diǎn):一方面,由于本單元的話題是談?wù)摻Y(jié)果,那么在不同的情境下其結(jié)果也會(huì)不一樣,所以根據(jù)不同的情境來(lái)推測(cè)并談?wù)摳鞣N結(jié)果是個(gè)重點(diǎn)。另一方面,因?yàn)閷W(xué)生沒(méi)有一個(gè)好的語(yǔ)言氛圍,所以我側(cè)重于聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)的培養(yǎng),多創(chuàng)設(shè)情境能讓學(xué)生發(fā)揮想象,以此激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,。四、說(shuō)教學(xué)難點(diǎn)學(xué)生容易記住主句用一般將來(lái)時(shí)態(tài),從句用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)態(tài),但在判斷主句、從句方面容易混淆,因此,我將正確使用主句從句的時(shí)態(tài)定為本課時(shí)的難點(diǎn)。
一.教材分析: 1、教材的地位及作用:新目標(biāo)英語(yǔ)八年級(jí)下冊(cè),第七單元第一課時(shí),本單元主要是運(yùn)用Would you mind doing…?這個(gè)句型來(lái)提出客氣的請(qǐng)求,并能作出相應(yīng)的回答,本節(jié)課主要復(fù)習(xí)一些短語(yǔ),及兩個(gè)表禮貌請(qǐng)求的句型并學(xué)習(xí)Would you mind…?的用法,并能運(yùn)用它們進(jìn)行對(duì)話練習(xí),提出委婉的請(qǐng)求。2、教學(xué)目標(biāo):(知識(shí)目標(biāo)、能力目標(biāo)、情感目標(biāo))知識(shí)目標(biāo):(1)學(xué)習(xí)詞匯:mind ,yard,dish,turn down,right away,in a minute,not at all(2)掌握句子:Would you mind doing…?Could you please do sth ?Would you like to do sth ?No,not at all./Certainly not./Of course not.能力目標(biāo):提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫及知識(shí)自學(xué)的綜合能力。情感目標(biāo):通過(guò)形象、生動(dòng)的教學(xué)使學(xué)生掌握如何向他人提出有禮貌的請(qǐng)求,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在日常生活中禮貌待人。學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo):自主學(xué)習(xí)及小組合作探究,善于抓住語(yǔ)言交際的機(jī)會(huì)。
這一環(huán)節(jié)我采用電影《哈利波特》中哈利去霍格華茲的圖片引入“how does Harry go to school?” 進(jìn)而引入” how do you go to school?” 呈現(xiàn)“the ways to go to school” 讓學(xué)生明確take 的使用及與交通工具的搭配。接著讓學(xué)生根據(jù)實(shí)際情況回答自己采用的交通方式,期間可以引入“how does he /she go to school?” 基本了解了怎么說(shuō)后進(jìn)入課文,完成1a 部分練習(xí) 和1 b 的聽(tīng)力練習(xí)。完成后讓學(xué)生玩一個(gè)數(shù)字游戲,幫學(xué)生回憶數(shù)字。通過(guò)問(wèn)學(xué)生從家里出發(fā)時(shí)間和到達(dá)時(shí)間,引出“it takes ?? minutes .” 的句型。借助ppt 圖片進(jìn)行句型操練。然后完成聽(tīng)力練習(xí)2a—2c。本環(huán)節(jié)用時(shí)20分鐘。While-task:本堂課的主要任務(wù)是讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用已學(xué)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí),完成一個(gè)任務(wù),即計(jì)算從學(xué)校到上海各種交通工具所需要的時(shí)間和費(fèi)用,討論應(yīng)選用和種交通工具和各種優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。這一環(huán)節(jié)將用時(shí)10分鐘。
步驟二 看圖學(xué)單詞我把本單元有關(guān)的單詞制成圖片顯示在屏幕上。目的在于通過(guò)直觀的畫面效果和有意義的情景,便于學(xué)生更快地把單詞的聲、形和意聯(lián)系起來(lái)。使學(xué)生輕松地掌握這些單詞的音、形、義,且充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,讓學(xué)生在思考中理解所學(xué)的生詞。如 sitcom( situation comedy)1.猜。點(diǎn)擊屏幕上一副有關(guān)情景喜劇的圖片。說(shuō)This is s kind of funny show. We call it sitcom. The people in sitcoms do or say things that make Tv watchers laugh.讓學(xué)生根據(jù)圖片和教師的提示猜出單詞的意思。這時(shí)再告訴學(xué)生們sitcom=situation comedy.一定會(huì)有很多同學(xué)爭(zhēng)先恐后地?fù)尨?,我們可以挑三個(gè)不同層次的學(xué)生起來(lái)回答,這樣做既發(fā)揮了優(yōu)等生的帶頭作用,同時(shí)為待優(yōu)生樹(shù)立起學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的信心,又增強(qiáng)了其他同學(xué)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)(他會(huì)我也會(huì)),也融入了教師的情感價(jià)值觀之中。

2.教學(xué)重點(diǎn): 如何使用過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)。
3.教學(xué)難點(diǎn): 如何在由when引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)使用過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)。

1. 讓學(xué)生A離開(kāi)課室, 并在門口等候, 然后讓學(xué)生B在黑板上寫字,學(xué)生C在課室內(nèi)走動(dòng)。接著叫A走進(jìn)課室。
2.比較: 過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)與現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)。(作比較可以讓學(xué)生有深刻的印象)

四、說(shuō)教學(xué)程序
如果鉆研教材,研究教法和學(xué)法,是搞好教學(xué)的前提和基礎(chǔ)的話,那么合理安排教學(xué)程序,側(cè)是教學(xué)成功的關(guān)鍵之一。為使學(xué)生學(xué)有所獲,我把教學(xué)程序分為以下步驟:
步驟1、組織教學(xué):1)師生互相打招呼;2)值日生報(bào)告
步驟2、復(fù)習(xí)舊知,導(dǎo)入新課
1、在屏幕上顯示幾幅畫片(一學(xué)生在彈吉他、姚明在打籃球、一些人在聚會(huì)、一人在玩電游等)問(wèn):What is he/she doing? 或(What are theydoing?)學(xué)生已經(jīng)學(xué)過(guò)現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí),看著圖片不難回答出來(lái)。(這一環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì),目的是復(fù)習(xí)現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí),溫故而知新,為學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí)做鋪墊。并且利用多媒體將動(dòng)畫播放出來(lái),極大地調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性。)
2、創(chuàng)設(shè)情境導(dǎo)入新課:讓學(xué)生A離開(kāi)課室,并在門口等候,然后讓學(xué)生B在黑板上寫字,學(xué)生C在課室內(nèi)走動(dòng)。接著叫學(xué)生A走進(jìn)課室:

學(xué)生B回答:I’m writing on the blackboard
板書B的答案。重復(fù)這一個(gè)對(duì)話對(duì)學(xué)生C進(jìn)行提問(wèn),并把C的回答也寫在黑板上。接著問(wèn)B:剛才當(dāng)A走進(jìn)課室的時(shí)候你在做什么?此時(shí)老師要幫助學(xué)生一起回答并把答句寫在黑板上。并告訴全班同學(xué)當(dāng)A走進(jìn)課室的時(shí)候B正在黑板上寫字“B was writing on the blackboard when A came in the classroom.”并讓全班同學(xué)重復(fù)這句話。重復(fù)這個(gè)對(duì)話詢問(wèn)C當(dāng)A走進(jìn)課室的時(shí)候他在做什么?詢問(wèn)其它學(xué)生當(dāng)A走進(jìn)課室的時(shí)候他們又在做什么?并幫助學(xué)生一起回答。(這一環(huán)節(jié)的創(chuàng)設(shè)使學(xué)生在實(shí)際生活中學(xué)英語(yǔ),更易于掌握。)
3、告訴學(xué)生黑板上的句型就是我們今天學(xué)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)——過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí),介紹過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí),并與現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)作比較。(作比較可以讓學(xué)生有深刻的印象,有所辨別,易于掌握運(yùn)用。)

①在屏幕上展示照片(圖18頁(yè))。給學(xué)生介紹圖片相關(guān)的情況,同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)生詞和句型為后面內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)掃清語(yǔ)言障礙。
②聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練的教學(xué),讓學(xué)生通過(guò)聽(tīng)力了解圖中發(fā)生的相關(guān)事情。(這一步驟是為了使學(xué)生了解課文,并且?guī)椭鷮W(xué)生能輕易完成下面的任務(wù))
步驟5——三個(gè)任務(wù):

②角色扮演,讓學(xué)生扮演圖中人物,操練上述對(duì)話,并讓一、兩組來(lái)展示他們的對(duì)話過(guò)程。
③要求學(xué)生嘗試把他們所講的句子在練習(xí)本上寫出來(lái)。(掌握“四會(huì)”:聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫技能)
任務(wù)2:記憶比賽(1、展示十余張動(dòng)畫在屏幕上,動(dòng)畫按一定的時(shí)間先后出現(xiàn)。2、把全班同學(xué)分成幾個(gè)小組,如果學(xué)生能快速、準(zhǔn)確地用過(guò)去進(jìn)行時(shí),把圖片內(nèi)容描述出來(lái),那么他們組就能夠取得10分,分?jǐn)?shù)最多的小組就是冠軍。(這一環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì),正好符合中學(xué)生爭(zhēng)強(qiáng)好勝的心理,注意力更集中,激發(fā)興趣、主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。)

七、教學(xué)反思 今天,我講了初三英語(yǔ)Section A (3a-4).總的來(lái)說(shuō)我達(dá)到了預(yù)設(shè)的目標(biāo),突破了重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),是一堂比較成功的課。下面我根據(jù)上課的情況、其他教師的點(diǎn)評(píng)以及學(xué)生的課上表現(xiàn)來(lái)對(duì)本堂課反思如下: 1.課前準(zhǔn)備充分,對(duì)學(xué)生的預(yù)習(xí)情況了解準(zhǔn)確,及時(shí)對(duì)課件進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),利用ppt降低了復(fù)述短文的難度,激發(fā)了學(xué)生的興趣,活躍了課堂氣氛,為課堂活動(dòng)提供了必要的條件。 2.本節(jié)課是一節(jié)讀寫課,短文涉及的知識(shí)點(diǎn)較多,學(xué)生一碰到這種課型就好后縮,尤其是短文的復(fù)述讓很多同學(xué)不敢嘗試。其原因是基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握不靈活,不能熟練應(yīng)用。針對(duì)這種情況,在本節(jié)課中,我將重點(diǎn)詞匯、重點(diǎn)句子及難點(diǎn)句子分開(kāi)講解,逐一突破,讓學(xué)生不知不覺(jué)得就掌握了所學(xué)的知識(shí),使學(xué)習(xí)不那么枯燥無(wú)味,而且,掌握起來(lái)還牢固。其次,在處理3a和4時(shí)我主要采用了任務(wù)型教學(xué)法,在自學(xué)和小組活動(dòng)之前,交代清楚活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容和方法,任務(wù)的明確,給了學(xué)生一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力,讓他們有了明確的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)明確了,他們的積極性就高了。 3.充分利用了白板。本堂課的難點(diǎn)之一就是復(fù)述課文,要想讓學(xué)生當(dāng)堂課把知識(shí)點(diǎn)復(fù)述出來(lái)并不容易。因此,我利用課本中的圖片幫學(xué)生理順了思路,利用挖空的形式讓學(xué)生復(fù)述短文。這樣,學(xué)生復(fù)述起來(lái)就變得容易多了。 當(dāng)然,整節(jié)課除了以上較為滿意的地方之外,也存在有不足之處,如:個(gè)別學(xué)生表現(xiàn)不是很積極,得不到回答問(wèn)題的機(jī)會(huì);課堂上時(shí)間安排有點(diǎn)前松后緊;作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)沒(méi)有分層,學(xué)困生完成的不好。 |

環(huán)節(jié)四深入實(shí)踐——弘揚(yáng)愛(ài)國(guó)情愛(ài)國(guó)不是一句口號(hào),要將愛(ài)國(guó)情懷落實(shí)到行動(dòng)中去,隊(duì)員們?cè)诟麝?duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)的組織下,商討出了落實(shí)方案。1、第一小隊(duì)和第二小隊(duì)組成了先烈故事演講團(tuán),利用班會(huì)十分鐘的時(shí)間,在三四年級(jí)宣講先烈故事。2、第三小隊(duì)和第四小隊(duì)組成了創(chuàng)編小能手,編唱了愛(ài)國(guó)童謠、愛(ài)國(guó)拍手歌,告訴大家,愛(ài)國(guó)無(wú)處不在,愛(ài)國(guó)要從小事做起。3、第五小隊(duì)和第六小隊(duì)編寫的愛(ài)國(guó)倡議書,提倡大家讓愛(ài)國(guó)從口號(hào)落實(shí)到行動(dòng)。4、全體隊(duì)員共同宣誓:時(shí)刻準(zhǔn)備著,為共產(chǎn)主義事業(yè)而奮斗,將活動(dòng)推向了高潮。環(huán)節(jié)五大隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)員總結(jié)“風(fēng)雨滄桑,多遭鐵蹄踐踏,未有沉淪終奮起;蕩滌污濁,重聚華夏精魂,披荊斬棘勇向前?!弊屛覀兝斡涀约菏侵袊?guó)人,懷一顆中國(guó)心,明確方向,努力奮斗,早日實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想。
第七步:全班學(xué)生一起倡讀承諾書:(課件出示)我們都是小學(xué)生,培養(yǎng)習(xí)慣最要緊;上課應(yīng)當(dāng)專心聽(tīng),積極開(kāi)動(dòng)小腦筋;作業(yè)認(rèn)真仔細(xì)做,按時(shí)完成交得勤;有了錯(cuò)誤要訂正,知識(shí)才能學(xué)得清;人生要有好習(xí)慣,我們牢牢記心上。最后請(qǐng)學(xué)生把自己要養(yǎng)成的好習(xí)慣寫在心意卡上,寫好后粘貼在教室后面的園地里,互相督促,使得此次活動(dòng)教育延續(xù)課后,直至影響一生.5、活動(dòng)效果及反思此次活動(dòng)開(kāi)展后,學(xué)生們?cè)鰪?qiáng)了對(duì)自身的認(rèn)識(shí),很多學(xué)生下決心改掉自身的壞習(xí)慣,并逐步采取了實(shí)際行動(dòng),從身邊的小事做起,而且在學(xué)生中間還興起了互相幫助、互相指正、爭(zhēng)相進(jìn)步的熱潮。通過(guò)此次活動(dòng)我也切實(shí)的體會(huì)到養(yǎng)成教育要開(kāi)展就要落到實(shí)處,從實(shí)際出發(fā),讓學(xué)生親自去感受,去體會(huì),并且要持之以恒的做下去。同時(shí)作為老師更應(yīng)該有一顆敏感熱情的心,隨時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生身上的閃光點(diǎn)與不足,多指正、多指點(diǎn)、多鼓勵(lì)、多表?yè)P(yáng),做到時(shí)時(shí)處處皆教育,這樣才能贏得孩子,做好教育。
一、說(shuō)活動(dòng)背景(幻燈片)在新中國(guó)成立70周年之際,中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家勛章和國(guó)家榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)頒受儀式29日在京舉行。今天,我們要敬仰英雄、學(xué)習(xí)英雄、忠誠(chéng)擔(dān)當(dāng),為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)貢獻(xiàn)力量?,F(xiàn)在的孩子,物質(zhì)生活極為優(yōu)越,但在他們心中只有“小我”,而無(wú)“大志”。在這樣的背景下,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行正確價(jià)值觀、人生觀的思想教育顯得十分必要。因此,特設(shè)計(jì)本節(jié)隊(duì)課。二、說(shuō)設(shè)計(jì)理念(幻燈片)主要培養(yǎng)隊(duì)員“愛(ài)祖國(guó),擔(dān)責(zé)任,立大志,圓夢(mèng)想”的思想,并使做中華有志少年的種子融入隊(duì)員的理想之中。說(shuō)活動(dòng)目標(biāo)和前期準(zhǔn)備本節(jié)課的活動(dòng)目標(biāo)是:1.引導(dǎo)隊(duì)員了解英雄的事例和“時(shí)代精神”的真正內(nèi)涵。2.通過(guò)本次少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)課幫助隊(duì)員樹(shù)立正確的價(jià)值觀,做新時(shí)代中華民族有志少年。
雷鋒精神是什么?這一環(huán)節(jié)是讓學(xué)生用簡(jiǎn)單的詞語(yǔ)或句子概括。通過(guò)這一活動(dòng),讓學(xué)生概括出雷鋒精神的內(nèi)涵:像無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)、樂(lè)于助人、為人民服務(wù)、勤儉節(jié)約、尊老愛(ài)幼、勤奮好學(xué)、干一行愛(ài)一行、言行一致等等都是雷鋒精神的體現(xiàn)。我們少年兒童是中國(guó)的未來(lái)和希望,雷鋒精神的發(fā)揚(yáng)和光大,創(chuàng)建文明校園的任務(wù)就落在他們的肩上,所以在這里我還設(shè)計(jì)了為發(fā)揚(yáng)雷鋒精神,創(chuàng)建文明校園“我該怎么做”這樣的問(wèn)題,目的就是讓他們一起行動(dòng)起來(lái),學(xué)雷鋒做好事,并制作了“榮譽(yù)”旗,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)身邊的好人好事?;顒?dòng)延伸:這里我設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)角色游戲活動(dòng)——我要義賣獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心,這個(gè)游戲?qū)W生們表現(xiàn)得非常積極,他們收集了自己不要的小文具或小玩具,將他們拿到集市上去賣,賣東西獲得的錢,捐給王奶奶的孫女,因?yàn)橥跄棠痰膶O女生病了,無(wú)錢治病。我覺(jué)得這個(gè)游戲使學(xué)生們懂得,一個(gè)人只要有愛(ài)心,只要愿意去幫助別人,無(wú)論什么方式都行,而且在游戲活動(dòng)中孩子們體會(huì)到了幫助別人是一件多么多么快樂(lè)的事呀。
1.學(xué)習(xí)“最美紅領(lǐng)巾”。圖文結(jié)合,學(xué)習(xí)“美德少年”劉華婷、劉穎等人的先進(jìn)事跡。2.記錄“平凡紅領(lǐng)巾”。展示隊(duì)員們活動(dòng)前精心準(zhǔn)備的“隨手拍”,發(fā)現(xiàn)普通隊(duì)員在日常生活中的閃光點(diǎn)。3.填寫“我為紅領(lǐng)巾添光彩”心愿卡,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行理想教育。4.齊唱《紅領(lǐng)巾之歌》,點(diǎn)燃信念火種。5.輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)此次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行總結(jié),并頒發(fā)特色章。(出示三個(gè)特色章圖標(biāo))六、活動(dòng)延伸紅領(lǐng)巾精神需要代代相傳,珍愛(ài)紅領(lǐng)巾的意識(shí)需要時(shí)時(shí)提醒,本次活動(dòng)后,我們會(huì)開(kāi)展“小小新四軍”、“鮮艷的紅領(lǐng)巾”等后續(xù)活動(dòng),幫助隊(duì)員們將紅領(lǐng)巾精神永遠(yuǎn)銘記在心。七、引導(dǎo)要點(diǎn)四年級(jí)隊(duì)員具備一定的活動(dòng)能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過(guò)課本劇的親身體驗(yàn)、心愿卡的真情表達(dá)等多種方式的運(yùn)用,引導(dǎo)隊(duì)員熱愛(ài)紅領(lǐng)巾,以紅領(lǐng)巾精神指引自己健康成長(zhǎng)。八、活動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)本次活動(dòng),隊(duì)員們受到了良好的教育。但是四年級(jí)隊(duì)員自我約束能力不夠強(qiáng),缺乏持久性,萌生的意識(shí)和激情往往只停留在活動(dòng)時(shí),不能在活動(dòng)后內(nèi)化為自覺(jué)行為,這些問(wèn)題有待探究。
1、該生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正 ,能夠積極配合老師 ,善于調(diào)動(dòng)課堂氣氛。 能夠積極完成老師布置的任務(wù)。學(xué)習(xí)勁頭足,聽(tīng)課又專注 ,做事更認(rèn) 真 ,你是同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。但是,成績(jī)只代表昨天,并不能說(shuō)明你 明天就一定也很優(yōu)秀。所以,每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該把成績(jī)當(dāng)作自己騰飛的起 點(diǎn)。2、 你不愛(ài)說(shuō)話 ,但勤奮好學(xué),誠(chéng)實(shí)可愛(ài);你做事踏實(shí)、認(rèn)真、為 人忠厚 ,是一個(gè)品行端正、有上進(jìn)心、有良好的道德修養(yǎng)的好學(xué)生。在學(xué)習(xí)上,積極、主動(dòng),能按時(shí)完成老師布置的作業(yè),經(jīng)過(guò)努力 ,各 科成績(jī)都有明顯進(jìn)步,你有較強(qiáng)的思維能力和學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)悟力,學(xué)習(xí)也有 計(jì)劃性,但在老師看來(lái),你的潛力還沒(méi)有完全發(fā)揮出來(lái),學(xué)習(xí)上還要有持久的恒心和頑強(qiáng)的毅力。
(二)堅(jiān)持問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向,持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作。要繼續(xù)在提高工作效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量上下功夫,積極學(xué)習(xí)借鑒其他部門及xx關(guān)于“四零”承諾服務(wù)創(chuàng)建工作的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)主動(dòng)查找并著力解決困擾企業(yè)和群眾辦事創(chuàng)業(yè)的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。要進(jìn)一步探索創(chuàng)新,繼續(xù)優(yōu)化工作流程,精簡(jiǎn)審批程序,縮短辦事路徑,壓縮辦理時(shí)限,深化政務(wù)公開(kāi),努力為企業(yè)當(dāng)好“保姆”,為群眾提供便利,不斷適應(yīng)新時(shí)代人民群眾對(duì)政務(wù)服務(wù)的新需求。(三)深化內(nèi)外宣傳,樹(shù)立良好形象。要深入挖掘并及時(shí)總結(jié)作風(fēng)整頓“四零”承諾服務(wù)創(chuàng)建工作中形成的典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部宣傳與工作交流,推動(dòng)全市創(chuàng)建工作質(zhì)效整體提升。要面向社會(huì)和公眾莊嚴(yán)承諾并積極踐諾,主動(dòng)接受監(jiān)督,同時(shí)要依托電臺(tái)、電視臺(tái)、報(bào)紙及微信、微博等各類媒體大力宣傳xx隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)整頓“四零”承諾服務(wù)創(chuàng)建工作成果,不斷擴(kuò)大社會(huì)知情面和群眾知曉率。
1.市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng),總建設(shè)里程2.13km,投資概算2.28億元。其中,烔煬大道(涉鐵)工程施工單位已進(jìn)場(chǎng),項(xiàng)目部基本建成,正在辦理臨時(shí)用地、用電及用水等相關(guān)工作;中鐵佰和佰樂(lè)(巢湖)二期10KV外線工程已簽訂施工合同;黃麓鎮(zhèn)健康路、緯四路新建工程均已完成清單初稿編制,亟需黃麓鎮(zhèn)完成圖審工作和健康路新建工程的前期證件辦理;公安學(xué)院配套道路項(xiàng)目在黃麓鎮(zhèn)完成圍墻建設(shè)后即可進(jìn)場(chǎng)施工。2.公益性建設(shè)項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng),總建筑面積15.62萬(wàn)㎡,投資概算10.41億元。其中,居巢區(qū)職業(yè)教育中心新建工程、巢湖市世紀(jì)新都小學(xué)擴(kuò)建工程已完成施工、監(jiān)理招標(biāo)掛網(wǎng),2月上旬完成全部招標(biāo)工作;合肥職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院大維修三期已完成招標(biāo)工作,近期簽訂施工合同后組織進(jìn)場(chǎng)施工;半湯療養(yǎng)院凈化和醫(yī)用氣體工程已完成招標(biāo)工作;半湯療養(yǎng)院智能化工程因投訴暫時(shí)中止;巢湖市中醫(yī)院(中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院)新建工程正在按照既定計(jì)劃推進(jìn),預(yù)計(jì)4月中下旬掛網(wǎng)招標(biāo)。
三是做大做強(qiáng)海產(chǎn)品自主品牌。工作隊(duì)于xx年指導(dǎo)成立的冬松村海產(chǎn)品合作社,通過(guò)與消費(fèi)幫扶平臺(tái)合作,在工作隊(duì)各派出單位、社會(huì)團(tuán)體、個(gè)人支持下,已獲得逾xx萬(wàn)元銷售額。2022年底工作隊(duì)推動(dòng)合作社海產(chǎn)品加工點(diǎn)擴(kuò)建的工作方案已獲批,待資金下?lián)芎髮⒄絾?dòng)擴(kuò)建工作。四是積極助企紓困,帶動(dòng)群眾增收致富。工作隊(duì)利用去年建立的xx鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展工作群,收集本地企業(yè)在產(chǎn)品銷售、技術(shù)、人力、資金、運(yùn)營(yíng)、用地等方面的需求,并加大xx支持鄉(xiāng)村振興力度,xx助理赴各村委開(kāi)展多場(chǎng)xx政策支持鄉(xiāng)村振興宣講活動(dòng),本季度有x萬(wàn)元助農(nóng)貸款獲批,xx萬(wàn)貸款正在審批中。在壯大既有產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時(shí),完善聯(lián)農(nóng)帶農(nóng)機(jī)制,一方面鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)雇用本地農(nóng)戶就業(yè),另一方面計(jì)劃與本地農(nóng)戶簽訂長(zhǎng)期收購(gòu)合同,讓農(nóng)民種得放心、種得安心,帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)厝罕姽餐赂弧?/p>
第一,主題教育是一次思想作風(fēng)的深刻洗禮,初心傳統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步得到回歸。第二,主題教育是一次沉疴積弊的集中清掃,突出問(wèn)題進(jìn)一步得到整治。第三,主題教育是一次強(qiáng)化為民服務(wù)的生動(dòng)實(shí)踐,赤子之情進(jìn)一步得到提振。第四,主題教育是一次激發(fā)創(chuàng)業(yè)擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)挠欣鯔C(jī),發(fā)展層次進(jìn)一步得到提升。2.第一,必須提領(lǐng)思想、武裝思想。第二,必須聚焦問(wèn)題、由表及里。第三,必須領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶頭、以上率下。第四,必須務(wù)實(shí)求實(shí)、認(rèn)真較真。3.一是抬高政治站位,堅(jiān)持大事大抓。二是堅(jiān)持思想領(lǐng)先,狠抓學(xué)習(xí)教育。三是突出問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向,深入整改糾治。四是堅(jiān)持領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶頭,發(fā)揮表率作用。4.一是立足“早”字抓籌劃。二是著眼“活”字抓學(xué)習(xí)。三是圍繞“統(tǒng)”字抓協(xié)調(diào)。5.一是形勢(shì)所需。二是任務(wù)所系。三是職責(zé)所在。四是制度所定。6.一要提升認(rèn)識(shí)。二要積極作為。三要密切協(xié)作。
第二,要把調(diào)查研究貫穿始終,實(shí)干擔(dān)當(dāng)促進(jìn)發(fā)展。開(kāi)展好“察實(shí)情、出實(shí)招”“破難題、促發(fā)展”“辦實(shí)事、解民憂”專項(xiàng)行動(dòng),以強(qiáng)化理論學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)發(fā)展實(shí)踐,以深化調(diào)查研究推動(dòng)解決發(fā)展難題。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員要每人牽頭XX個(gè)課題開(kāi)展調(diào)查研究,XX月底前召開(kāi)調(diào)研成果交流會(huì),集思廣益研究對(duì)策措施。各部門、各單位要制定調(diào)研計(jì)劃,通過(guò)座談訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等方式開(kāi)展調(diào)查研究,解決工作實(shí)際問(wèn)題,幫助基層單位和客戶解決實(shí)際困難。第三,要把檢視問(wèn)題貫穿始終,廉潔奉公樹(shù)立新風(fēng)。認(rèn)真落實(shí)公司主題教育整改整治工作方案要求,堅(jiān)持邊學(xué)習(xí)、邊對(duì)照、邊檢視、邊整改,對(duì)標(biāo)對(duì)表xxx新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想,深入查擺不足,系統(tǒng)梳理調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題、推動(dòng)發(fā)展遇到的問(wèn)題、群眾反映強(qiáng)烈的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合巡視巡察、審計(jì)和內(nèi)外部監(jiān)督檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,形成問(wèn)題清單。
