二是問題整改再夯責。扎實推進各級各類反饋問題整改，切實扛起問題整改政治責任，細化整改措施，全力加快問題整改。全力完成“五亂”問題整改銷號任務，建立健全“五個一”長效機制，對“五亂”問題實行零容忍，堅決扭住不放，露頭就打。三是生態(tài)價值再深化。按照省市生態(tài)產(chǎn)品價值實現(xiàn)機制試點工作總體安排部署,依據(jù)《32條措施》和《重點工作任務清單》，積極謀劃好全縣生態(tài)產(chǎn)品價值實現(xiàn)機制試點路徑，推動“我在秦嶺有寶”微信小程序上線，持續(xù)開展綠色創(chuàng)建活動，不斷挖掘提煉我縣生態(tài)產(chǎn)品價值實現(xiàn)典型案例。四是督查檢查再發(fā)力。要始終保持零容忍的高壓態(tài)勢，嚴格按照“雙查”“快查快處”工作機制，常態(tài)化打擊秦嶺“五亂”行為。不定期開展明察暗訪和專項督查倒逼任務落地落實，嚴肅查處秦嶺生態(tài)環(huán)境保護問題線索，切實發(fā)揮考核“指揮棒”作用，不斷加大秦嶺生態(tài)環(huán)境保護領域監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀問責力度,切實營造風清氣正的秦嶺生態(tài)環(huán)境保護工作氛圍。
