法治與我同行。宿州市某校 901 班舉行“法治頭條”交流活動(dòng), 同學(xué)們分享 了許多法治新聞。◇2016 年 9 月 12 日, 國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室發(fā)布《中國(guó)司法領(lǐng)域人權(quán)保障的新 進(jìn)展》白皮書(shū)。白皮書(shū)指出, 中國(guó)落實(shí)罪刑法定、疑罪從無(wú)、非法證據(jù)排除等法 律原則,積極防范和糾正冤假錯(cuò)案?!?018 年 3 月 11 日, 十三屆全國(guó)人大一次會(huì)議通過(guò)《中華人民共和國(guó)憲法 修正案》?!?020 年 10 月 17 日,十三屆人大常委會(huì)第二十二次會(huì)議通過(guò)《中華人民 共和國(guó)生物安全法》,使我國(guó)生物安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控有法可依?!?021年 8 月 20 日, 十三屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第三十次會(huì)議表決通過(guò)《中華 人民共和國(guó)個(gè)人信息保護(hù)法》,這部法律充分回應(yīng)了社會(huì)關(guān)切,為破解個(gè)人信息 保護(hù)中的熱點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題提供了強(qiáng)有力的法律保障。◇2022 年 1 月 1 日, 由十三屆人大常委會(huì)第三十一次會(huì)議表決通過(guò)的《中 華人民共和國(guó)家庭教育促進(jìn)法》正式實(shí)施。該法將家庭教育由傳統(tǒng)的“家事”上 升為新時(shí)代的重要“國(guó)事”。1.探究與分享:請(qǐng)學(xué)生思考或分組討論每一條法治新聞對(duì)社會(huì)生活的影響, 分析其進(jìn)步之處,并交流分享自己的感悟。2.查找資料,說(shuō)一說(shuō)保護(hù)未成年人的法律有哪些。3.制作一份“法治與我同行”的手抄報(bào),展示在學(xué)?;虬嗉?jí)的法治欄內(nèi)。要求: 在制作手抄報(bào)的過(guò)程中, 思考: (1) 法治的作用; (2) 優(yōu)秀手抄報(bào)的 評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
第五課“守望精神家園”的主要內(nèi)容是:了解中華文化的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容;理解 中華優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化;新時(shí)代傳承和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化;把握文化自信 的重要性并積極增強(qiáng)文化自信;以實(shí)際行動(dòng)踐行中華傳統(tǒng)美德;理解偉大民族精 神的內(nèi)涵和作用,積極培育民族精神,做民族精神的建設(shè)者、傳播者和實(shí)踐者; 正確認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的重要性,理解社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的重要性,熟 悉社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀各個(gè)層面的價(jià)值目標(biāo)并培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀。本課作為本單元的起始課,作為中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化學(xué)習(xí)主題,幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí) 中華民族五千多年的歷史創(chuàng)造了悠久燦爛的中華文明。理解中華民族孝悌忠信禮 義廉恥的榮辱觀念,崇德向善、見(jiàn)賢思齊的社會(huì)風(fēng)尚。中華民族屹立于世界東方 熠熠生輝,對(duì)一個(gè)民族而言,其根基在于文化的力量。中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是中華 民族在世界文化激蕩中站穩(wěn)腳跟的根基。中華燦爛的文化形成了代代相傳的美 德。貫徹十九大六中全會(huì)精神:“文化是一個(gè)國(guó)家,一個(gè)民族的靈魂。文化興國(guó) 運(yùn)興,文化強(qiáng)民族強(qiáng)。沒(méi)有高度的文化自信,沒(méi)有文化的繁榮興盛,就沒(méi)有中華 民族偉大復(fù)興?!?/p>
(四)摸清家底,夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ),有序推進(jìn)第五次全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)普查一是保質(zhì)保量完成“五經(jīng)普”。根據(jù)國(guó)家和省、市的部署要求,科學(xué)安排,周密部署,按時(shí)優(yōu)質(zhì)完成第五次全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)普查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)登記、查疑補(bǔ)漏、審核驗(yàn)收等各項(xiàng)工作,確保普查對(duì)象不重不漏、普查數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可靠。二是強(qiáng)化經(jīng)普成果運(yùn)用。充分利用經(jīng)普取得的數(shù)據(jù)成果,細(xì)化xx行業(yè)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布等方面趨勢(shì)研究,為區(qū)委區(qū)政府打造“五個(gè)新高地”提供更有針對(duì)性地科學(xué)依據(jù)。三是推進(jìn)經(jīng)普成果共享。按照上級(jí)統(tǒng)一部署,及時(shí)發(fā)布經(jīng)濟(jì)普查數(shù)據(jù)公報(bào),全面展現(xiàn)普查成果。加大數(shù)據(jù)共享力度,與其他部門(mén)聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)運(yùn)用經(jīng)普主要數(shù)據(jù)成果,盡可能實(shí)現(xiàn)普查數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)區(qū)域發(fā)展的效益最大化。(五)堅(jiān)定信念,建強(qiáng)品牌,打造統(tǒng)計(jì)D建新高地一是加強(qiáng)思想政治建設(shè)。以新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想為指引,堅(jiān)定捍衛(wèi)“兩個(gè)確立”,堅(jiān)決做到“兩個(gè)維護(hù)”。深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹考察xx重要講話精神,進(jìn)一步深化主題教育成果,堅(jiān)定理想信念。堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)首先是政治機(jī)關(guān),確保統(tǒng)計(jì)工作始終保持正確方向。
三、公開(kāi)渠道、增強(qiáng)實(shí)效一是完善信息公開(kāi)發(fā)布。及時(shí)發(fā)布工作職能、權(quán)責(zé)清單、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、辦公地址、辦公時(shí)間、聯(lián)系方式、負(fù)責(zé)人姓名等信息,構(gòu)建和完善重大行政決策預(yù)公開(kāi)機(jī)制,對(duì)重大決策實(shí)行公眾意見(jiàn)征集和反饋,為決策部門(mén)合理制定政策提供參考依據(jù),提高部門(mén)文件質(zhì)量,所有公開(kāi)的政策文件均列有文號(hào)、成文日期、發(fā)布時(shí)間、有效性等信息,并提供PDF和WORD文本下載功能。二是加大政策文件宣傳解讀和社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)回應(yīng)。按照省市區(qū)政務(wù)公開(kāi)工作要求,采取文字解讀、圖片解讀、媒體解讀、召開(kāi)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)等多種形式,增強(qiáng)解讀回應(yīng)效果,對(duì)深化醫(yī)改等重點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)行宣傳解讀,深入解讀政策制定背景、起草過(guò)程、工作目標(biāo)、主要內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新舉措和下一步工作考慮,提高群眾知曉率。xxxx年主動(dòng)公開(kāi)信息xxx條。其中,政策法規(guī)類(lèi)信息xx條,政策解讀類(lèi)信息xx條,規(guī)劃計(jì)劃類(lèi)信息xx條,行政權(quán)力運(yùn)行類(lèi)信息xx條,財(cái)政資金、“三公經(jīng)費(fèi)”類(lèi)信息xxx條,新聞發(fā)布會(huì)類(lèi)信息x條,重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域基本醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生類(lèi)信息xx條,均能做到第一時(shí)間發(fā)布。
