咨詢引領(lǐng)頂層設(shè)計能力持續(xù)強化。為國家電網(wǎng)公司互聯(lián)網(wǎng)部、發(fā)策部、設(shè)備部、營銷部、基建部、審計部、財務(wù)部、企協(xié)等部門提供技術(shù)支持服務(wù)，并參與電網(wǎng)數(shù)字化咨詢與頂層設(shè)計，20**年公司獲得國網(wǎng)總部技術(shù)服務(wù)費合同額3270萬元，連續(xù)兩年在集團總部技術(shù)服務(wù)費中名列前茅。穩(wěn)步開展企業(yè)中臺能力提升、總部能源大數(shù)據(jù)中心、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、新業(yè)務(wù)新業(yè)態(tài)模式研究、項目中臺、網(wǎng)上電網(wǎng)、PMIS3.0及電網(wǎng)資源中臺、數(shù)字化審計三期等頂層設(shè)計，開展信息調(diào)運檢體系設(shè)計運營實施等工作，電網(wǎng)數(shù)字化咨詢設(shè)計能力持續(xù)強化。承擔(dān)國網(wǎng)安徽電力信息化架構(gòu)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計、國網(wǎng)福建電力信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)中臺化設(shè)計和移動應(yīng)用頂層設(shè)計、國網(wǎng)江蘇電力基于數(shù)據(jù)中臺的多源數(shù)據(jù)綜合應(yīng)用設(shè)計、國網(wǎng)山東電力智慧物聯(lián)體系典型場景設(shè)計等一批重點項目，按照國家電網(wǎng)公司“十四五”數(shù)字化規(guī)劃要求，有力支撐各網(wǎng)省公司開展電網(wǎng)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
