防災(zāi)減災(zāi)日國旗下講話：防災(zāi)減災(zāi) 從我做起尊敬的老師，親愛的同學(xué)們大家早上好：災(zāi)難給人們帶來的損失是巨大的，它直接威脅到人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。我們每一個人都要樹立防災(zāi)減災(zāi)意識，力爭把災(zāi)害帶來的損失降到最低程度。災(zāi)害有許多種：地震、酸雨、火災(zāi)、水土流失等。據(jù)調(diào)查，全國有許多地方發(fā)生大地震，如1976年唐山大地震，XX年汶川大地震等，均有數(shù)十萬人死亡和受傷。其實(shí)，有些災(zāi)害是可以預(yù)防的。地震發(fā)生前，會有一些預(yù)兆。比如馬等牲畜會掙脫韁繩，并瘋狂地往外跑;正在冬眠的蛇會涌出洞外;蜜蜂會驚飛、逃竄……這些預(yù)兆可以讓人們提前知道將要發(fā)生地震。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)動物有這些反?，F(xiàn)象，必須先辨別真假，再向地震局報(bào)告，以防在先，及早撤離。發(fā)生地震時，還有很多自救的方法：地震了，如果被壓在廢墟底下，就不要盲目亂動，要冷靜，先把手抽出來，慢慢地挪動廢墟，保持呼吸順暢，再想辦法求救。如果在家里，必須馬上鉆到堅(jiān)硬并且沒有倒塌的小房間中躲避，保護(hù)好頭部，以免砸傷。碰到火災(zāi)時，如果是小火，要及時撲來，但如果是大火，要立刻彎下腰，用手或手絹捂住口鼻，跑進(jìn)衛(wèi)生間，用水澆滿整個衛(wèi)生間，以防“閃火”。還要用水把身上澆濕。

《防溺水》主題班會說課稿
大家好!今天我說課的內(nèi)容是《防溺水安全教育主題班會》我將從教材、學(xué)情、教法與學(xué)法、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備、教學(xué)過程以及板書這六方面對本課的教學(xué)設(shè)想進(jìn)行說明.據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，全國每年因意外死亡的近5萬名兒童中溺水身亡者占到6成之多，達(dá)到近3萬名。這其中又以游泳溺亡居多，游泳溺亡已成為暑期青少年的第一殺手。江西省小學(xué)生安全教育讀本《我的安全我知道》小學(xué)6年級版本中《安全游泳謹(jǐn)防溺水》這一知識點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在第三章意外事故與自我保護(hù)中的第六節(jié)。根據(jù)教材中游泳要掌握的安全知識以及小學(xué)生懵懂過于自信、自我調(diào)控能力較差的特點(diǎn),我擬定了如下教學(xué)目標(biāo):知識方面:揭示溺水原因，了解游泳安全好習(xí)慣，掌握溺水自救措施。能力方面:通過掌握溺水自救方法，增強(qiáng)自我保護(hù)能力。

（二）推動防災(zāi)減災(zāi)文化建設(shè)。要著眼于培養(yǎng)公眾的防災(zāi)減災(zāi)意識和能力，推動防災(zāi)減災(zāi)科普宣傳進(jìn)教材、進(jìn)學(xué)校、進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)、進(jìn)企事業(yè)單位、進(jìn)社區(qū)、進(jìn)農(nóng)村、進(jìn)家庭、進(jìn)公共場所，不斷擴(kuò)大宣傳覆蓋面，推進(jìn)防災(zāi)減災(zāi)科普宣傳教育常態(tài)化開展。加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，精心謀劃方案，積極動員和組織廣大公眾參與，在形式上突出特色化、精細(xì)化，在內(nèi)容上體現(xiàn)針對性、有效性，要認(rèn)真開展生命通道專項(xiàng)宣傳教育和整治活動，提高全社會對疏散通道和消防車通道重要性的認(rèn)識。（三）推動巨災(zāi)險(xiǎn)保障工作。作為全省試點(diǎn)的巨災(zāi)險(xiǎn)工作，在今年5號臺風(fēng)期間觸發(fā)理賠條件，先期賠付我區(qū)金額20.2萬元，后期賠付47.2萬元，我區(qū)共計(jì)獲賠67.4萬元，按照《XX市巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)賠付資金管理辦法（試行）》，賠付資金主要用于受災(zāi)群眾生活救助支出等內(nèi)容，今年理賠資金已經(jīng)使用20.1萬元，用于購買5千條冰絲席，5百條防潮墊，2千條毛巾被，1百套兒童雨衣雨鞋補(bǔ)充區(qū)級救災(zāi)物資儲備，補(bǔ)助災(zāi)民倒損房補(bǔ)助1間。剩余資金將用于2024年巨災(zāi)險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)支付，通過巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)，將有力確保我區(qū)救災(zāi)資金保障到位。
醫(yī)院消防安全工作總結(jié)
七、加強(qiáng)安全生產(chǎn)隱患排查治理，牢固樹立隱患就是事故的理念今年上半年，我院組織消防安全檢查5次，共發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患22起，已整改22起；縣衛(wèi)生局督查1次，發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患4起，整改3起，其中1起在門診和急診科重點(diǎn)部位安裝監(jiān)控一項(xiàng)，由于經(jīng)濟(jì)限制，醫(yī)院目前無法完成，我院在以后條件允許的情況下會考慮增設(shè)監(jiān)控設(shè)施，建立比較完善的安全防范體系，提高我院治安防范控制能力；市民政局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和消防中隊(duì)暗訪組檢查1次，沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)安全隱患；消防設(shè)施維保單位檢查8次，發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患9起，整改9起。在每次的隱患排查中，醫(yī)院對發(fā)現(xiàn)的'問題及時整改，對不能解決的問題通過院務(wù)會研究討論，提出解決方案，確保消防安全。八、堅(jiān)持消防安全每日巡查制度，作好巡查記錄今年，我院堅(jiān)持對消防安全進(jìn)行每日巡查，做好巡查記錄，消防安全每日巡查由醫(yī)院保安人員負(fù)責(zé)，對巡查到的問題及時匯報(bào)并整改，確保消防安全工作得到有效落實(shí)，為廣大群眾創(chuàng)造一個安全舒適的就醫(yī)環(huán)境，推動全院消防安全工作持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。

二、加大普法宣傳力度，營造濃厚學(xué)法氛圍為了增強(qiáng)“八五”普法的吸引力、感染力和說服力，我鎮(zhèn)在普法工作中注重貼近群眾、貼近實(shí)際、貼近生活，努力創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)優(yōu)工作方式方法，不斷增強(qiáng)“八五”普法的針對性和實(shí)效性。一是利用多種形式開展普法宣傳。我鎮(zhèn)組織各村（居）、各部門（單位）分別采取會議、廣播、標(biāo)語、橫幅、傳單、宣傳車、文藝表演等形式多樣、群眾喜聞樂見的方式開展普法。同時通過有線電視轉(zhuǎn)播，將普法宣傳活動拍攝成宣傳短片，在黃金時段播放。通過“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+法治宣傳”，開展憲法網(wǎng)上知識競賽和年度網(wǎng)上學(xué)法考試活動。XX司法所定期發(fā)放普法宣傳資料至各村（居）宣傳欄進(jìn)行張貼。5月18日，我鎮(zhèn)與區(qū)掃黑除惡辦、區(qū)普法辦聯(lián)合在良溪村舉辦“2021年蓬江區(qū)第二屆掃黑除惡城市定向賽”活動，吸引了近千名市民群眾參與。10月27日，鎮(zhèn)掃黑除惡辦在陳垣廣場舉辦掃黑除惡專題廣場舞大賽。通過一系列的活動，進(jìn)一步提高了我鎮(zhèn)干部群眾對掃黑除惡專項(xiàng)斗爭的知曉率和參與度，取得了良好的宣傳效果。
