不可知論是否認(rèn)人們認(rèn)識世界或徹底改造世界的可能性的哲學(xué)學(xué)說。此概念首先由英國的赫胥黎(1825—1895)于1869年提出,不可知論的思想在古代就已產(chǎn)生,歐洲近代的主要代表是休謨和康德。其本質(zhì)是把人的感覺看作是主觀和客觀之間的屏障而不是橋梁,不承認(rèn)在感覺之外有確實(shí)可靠的客觀外部世界的存在,不懂得認(rèn)識過程中本質(zhì)與現(xiàn)象、有限與無限的辯證關(guān)系。對不可知論最有力的駁斥是實(shí)踐。有時(shí)不可知論一詞也用以專指針對宗教教義而提出的一種學(xué)說,認(rèn)為上帝是否存在、靈魂是否不朽是不可知的。2.二元論二元論是認(rèn)為世界有兩個(gè)本原的哲學(xué)學(xué)說,與一元論相對立,它把物質(zhì)和意識絕對對立起來,認(rèn)為物質(zhì)和意識是兩個(gè)各自獨(dú)立、相互平行發(fā)展著的實(shí)體,誰也不產(chǎn)生誰,誰也不決定誰,都是世界的本原。它的觀點(diǎn)是錯誤的:它肯定精神不依賴于物質(zhì)而獨(dú)立存在,這本身就是唯心主義的觀點(diǎn);它雖然承認(rèn)物質(zhì)是獨(dú)立的本原,但在說明物質(zhì)和精神的關(guān)系時(shí),又把精神說成是唯一具有能動性的力量,必然倒向唯心主義。主要代表人物是法國的笛卡兒和德國的康德。
思考提示在階級社會中,社會基本矛盾的解決主要是通過階級斗爭實(shí)現(xiàn)的,階級斗爭是推動階級社會發(fā)展的直接動力,當(dāng)舊的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系嚴(yán)重阻礙生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展,需要進(jìn)行變革時(shí),代表舊的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的沒落階級卻不會自動退出歷史舞臺,利用舊的上層建筑維護(hù)自己的統(tǒng)治,只有代表新生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展方向的階級通過社會革命,推翻沒落的階級統(tǒng)治,才能解放生產(chǎn)力,推動社會向前發(fā)展。所以,階級社會的進(jìn)步往往是通過激烈的社會革命實(shí)現(xiàn)的。但是,社會主義社會與階級社會不同,這是因?yàn)?,社會主義社會中,生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和上層建筑之間的矛盾是一種非對抗性矛盾,不需要通過一個(gè)階級推翻另一個(gè)階級的階級斗爭的方式來解決,只能通過改革實(shí)現(xiàn)社會的發(fā)展,通過對生產(chǎn)關(guān)系和上層建筑進(jìn)行改革,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會主義的自我完善,從而促進(jìn)社會的發(fā)展。所以,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革是在堅(jiān)持社會主義制度的前提下,改革生產(chǎn)關(guān)系和上層建筑中不適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的一系列相互聯(lián)系的環(huán)節(jié)和方面。
理想扎根在實(shí)踐的土壤中理想當(dāng)然是重要的,但是不能把理想當(dāng)成幻想或空想,理想必須扎根在實(shí)踐的土壤中。青年人充滿激情,這是非常重要的。古人有句話:“哀莫大于心死”。最大的悲哀就是沒有追求,就像一團(tuán)火焰熄滅了一樣,即使到了我這個(gè)年紀(jì)也不能“哀莫大于心死”。青年人都有很高的激情,這是很好的。但是青年的激情往往不大穩(wěn)定,過去人們說青年人的熱情是“三分鐘的熱度”。這句話不一定準(zhǔn)確,但青年人在這一點(diǎn)上應(yīng)該有一個(gè)正確的認(rèn)識。記得我大學(xué)畢業(yè)時(shí),對于走向社會、走向生活充滿了幻想,認(rèn)為生活中的一切都是美好的,是典型的理想主義者,因此,對自己不能正確的估價(jià),好高騖遠(yuǎn),只愿做大事,不愿也不注意從小事積累。列寧說過,大事是由小事積累而成的。我當(dāng)初畢業(yè)時(shí),一方面充滿了激情,另一方面也確實(shí)過高地估計(jì)了自己。
7.我國人力資源開發(fā)利用面臨四大挑戰(zhàn)在全面建設(shè)小康社會進(jìn)程中,我國人力資源開發(fā)與利用面臨著以下四個(gè)方面嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。(1)勞動力供給高峰的到來加劇了勞動力供求總量矛盾。持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和人口計(jì)劃生育控制,使得我國人口再生產(chǎn)在不到30年的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成了從“高出生率、低死亡率、高自然增長率”的類型到“低出生率、低死亡率、低自然增長率”類型的轉(zhuǎn)變,人口在日增長率已經(jīng)連續(xù)數(shù)年低于千分之十。然而,龐大的人口基數(shù)及其低速增長仍對中國未來經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和社會發(fā)展帶來巨大的就業(yè)壓力,大量預(yù)測表明,未來20年是中國人口數(shù)量增長和勞動力供給的高峰時(shí)期。20世紀(jì)90年代以來,中國勞動年齡人口比重(16—59歲年齡組)由1990—1996年期間的61%~62%上升到1999年的63.2%。這種趨勢將會持續(xù)到2020年左右達(dá)到峰值,直到老齡化進(jìn)程抵消了數(shù)量增長效應(yīng),勞動年齡人口的比重才會趨于下降。到2020年,中國勞動年齡人口將由2000年的8.61億上升到10.04億,平均每年新增勞動力715萬人。
